Rain had been in the forecast all week, yet there was no prior indication that it would affect the appointment. It also was not raining at the time of the scheduled service. Days later, they reached out to reschedule for another week out. By that point, we had already hired another company and completed treatment for $200 less before they even attempted to follow up.
