Water barely coming out of the faucet, and now they are going to charge for water along with doubling the rent. There is dog shit in the stairwell for days, food dumped and thrown on the wall and no one vacuums or sweeps anything up. The glass doors are disgusting. When you try to call or email there is never a return call or email. The lack of professionalism is unbelievable. There will be letters stuck in the door, with whatever crazy shit this month they came up with, not on company letter head, not signed by anyone, no names, not mailed, it's just smashed in your door. The 5 star rating has to be from an employee, because that review is trash. If there was a 0 or negative rating that is what they deserve.

This company does not deserve even one star. They manage a complex in Arlington where I bought a…read morecondo in 2019. I rented it out for a year and later lived there. My condo was renovated, modern and clean but once you got out of the door, it was a whole different world. And what a nightmare! The complex is neglected, filthy, and outdated. They don't even pretend to care about the place. Most of the residents are not vocal about the situation so the people in Allied HOA just continue with what they do best which is nothing much. Trash is all around, all the dumpsters are overloaded, no care for the landscape, oil spills and dogs' waste are everywhere, walls are covered with black molds, sidewalks are broken, and cables are stretched and tangled on every wall in the exterior. When I complained they mostly ignored me or sent some cheap excuses. Josh the manager added one more trash day but that was the farthest he went. I paid the HOA dues every month and it was technically like throwing money out of the window. Some days after it was snowing the neighbor in the second floor had his water pipe burst and my condo got flooded. The manager Josh did not even answer my phone. I had to struggle with the flooded condo on my own. The condo of the next door neighbor got flooded as well, and weeks went by before Josh could find the owner to take care of the flooded property that had been closed and vacant for years. This whole complex could have been managed better by a ten year old!... When I sold my condo they were very slow in their correspondence with the lender of my buyer and the whole transaction almost cancelled because of them. We also found out that they had lack of funds in reserve for the condo complex. That- again- almost sabotaged my deal. Thanks to some smart realtors I finally closed the deal and sold the condo. There is more than one reason for me to sue this horrible company. Allied HOA management is a company that represents all that is bad in America.

I finally saw on online that my application had been canceled. I located the office and went to it in person. The person that was there did not handle applications and could not help me. He did give me the # of his sister Shannon and said she could help me. It took me awhile to get in touch with her. She said that my application was put "on hold" due to the fact that someone had signed a lease while they were waiting on "requested information" from us. Through their 'Chat" system they requested our paystubs. I had the requested paystubs to them with 30 minutes of request. She then said we could put our applications toward another property. They have less than 20 to choose from and only one would possibly work for us, but it was currently occupied and not available for touring. I watched closely and when it was available I contacted her. She informed me that John was putting the lockbox on it and gave me his #. I called him He did answer and said that he hadn't put the lock box on yet but to call him later that day, I did but no answer. I tried for a few more days to call him, plus calling the office and leaving messages. At this point, I am done and will call it a loss on our $100

Hello. I recently saw on Family Feud there was a FARAH real estate group on my favorite show, and I…read morewas like, I know this could not be these Heffers. These were the single most unprofessional, rude people I have ever dealt with in any type of real estate or apartment, or in almost any business atmosphere I have EVER been to in my life. These people took me to court as a single mother with 4 little children. They were very little at the time. My children are now: one is almost grown and they're Just about all teenagers. BUT I can't believe what this company put me through. They tried to charge me for one of my children getting a toy stuck in the toilet. They had a policy that if it turns out to be my fault, then I would have to pay, so that was known. I called them to fix the toilet because I tried to fix them myself and I just could not do it. So, I called the maintenance man to come fix the toilet. He fixed the toilet. They tried to charge me $450 for getting a toy out the toilet. So, I told him that was not feasible for me at the time and if they could put it into installments. So, I got to the office to sign my installment plan because at the time I was up against it. I'm in a better situation now, so let's continue with the story. When I got to the office, Natalie!!!! I will never forget her name for the rest of my life as we had frequent encounters previously and were talking about every time I tt this female... over the phone where she talked to me very rudely. And I know this is a family-owned business, so keep that in mind as I tell you the rest of the story. So, I arrived at the office to sign my installment plan and she says I'm not going to let you sign this. I said why? She said because you asked me if I was racist and I'm not. I said OK, what does that have to do with my installment agreement? She said Well, if you need to apologize for saying I'm racists or feel I'm racist because I'm not racist." I said, "Well, I asked you over the phone in our last conversation why do you talk to me the way that you talk to me? Did I know you from somewhere or is there something that you aren't telling me, and you replied to me, "No." So, then I then proceeded on my conversation with you Natalie FARAH, to know that you know nothing else about me except for my name and what I look like. (So, at the time I was thin and fortunately I thought I was cute so, it had to have been my skin color, which I am black.) So, she insisted that was not it. So, we were in the office. She asked me to apologize to her before I signed my installment agreement. I told her I will not apologize for how I feel. So, she said, well, I'm not going to let you sign this installment agreement. So, I said, "OK, well, I'm still not going to apologize. So, what are we going to do? How do we move on from here?" She said, "Well, I guess you're just going to have to get out." So, I said, "So you're kicking me and my kids out?" WE LIVED THERE 6 YEARS I said "that's not legal, you can't make me apologize to you to sign something or evict me. That's not legal." So, I left the office BUT before we left, one of my youngest children needed to use the bathroom and I told my children "No y'all come on, these bathrooms are white only." And one of the guys from the back, ((remember I told you they were family owned?)) Comes out rushing up to the front and said that is not true. Our bathrooms are not segregated, I said, "Well, why don't you talk to Natalie about that?" And I left. I took me and my kids out. I was so upset. My heart was racing so bad. I couldn't believe that she wanted to degrade me, to bring me down to a child's level, to make me do something that I didn't want to do, to sign a piece of paper. Well, guess what? Remember again when I told you that they were family owned and operated? Well, they took Miss Natalie's side. One of the rudest people I've ever encountered in a professional environment, in my existence, in life, and I'm 39 years old now. So, the next day I woke up to an eviction notice on my door. I went to court, and I ended up winning in court. I had to get a court appointed lawyer because I couldn't afford one at the time for the $450.00. Even the judge laughed, he said, "y'all aren't going to let her pay this or make a payment arrangement?? You'd rather her leave?!" WE LIVED THERE 6 YEARS Well, just so you know, always make sure you know the laws in your state. If a company or person that's the owner of the property insists that you move, you do have to move. IN TEXAS My rent was NOT late, and you CAN be evicted at any time just like TEXAS is at will with employment, it is also (loosely) with Leasing/renting your lil rights are limited HUNNEY!!! So, they insisted that I moved, over that encounter. And from there, ME and my children had to find somewhere else to live. It was Ordered by the judge, apparently because he felt sorry for me. AND because he even scoffed and laughed at them being so petty

We contacted him a little over a year ago to manage our rental home in Richardson and we haven't had to worry about a thing since then. He is very knowledgeable and well-connected in the community, which made the leasing process very easy for us homeowners. He quickly found well qualified tenants for our house - his screening process is very thorough and, as a result, we never had to worry about our tenants not paying rent on time. He is also extremely efficient.. whenever there was a minor repair/maintenance needed, Kevin would be able to get a contractor to assess and fix the issue within days. Living in California, we needed a property manager that we can fully trust because we're not nearby to check on the house. Kevin is VERY responsive to communication, I'm actually not sure if he ever sleeps. When we had an issue with our water heater, Kevin was on vacation and he was texting us from Paris and London! So yes, he really goes above and beyond! I appreciate the effort that Kevin puts in to make sure we are kept up-to-date on everything going on with our house so we don't have to worry about it. Kevin is a fantastic advocate for homeowners and renters alike, and I HIGHLY recommend him for your property management needs.
