When we meet, the staff is always timely and professional. TPM does a lot in our community as well. From hosting get togethers at their newly remodeled offices, participating in local softball leagues, showcasing small & established restaurants for others on social, frequently donating and gifting sporting event tickets, chairity events, holiday parties etc. If you run into TPM first, take advantage of their team who doubles as a huge help to both investors looking to acquire sfr, multifamily, & vrbo real estate, but also to the everyday first time home buyer or family looking for their dream home. The team has personally helped me with all the above & helped grow my nw to 8-figures! I Highly recommend! A++

Reviewing other feedback, you'll notice a pattern of responding to negative reviews by arguing with or attempting to discredit the reviewer rather than addressing the concerns raised. We rented a home through this company for approximately four years. During that time, obtaining maintenance was consistently difficult. On multiple occasions, maintenance requests were closed as "completed" despite the issues remaining unresolved, requiring repeated follow-up. When we were notified that the homeowner intended to move back into the property, we understood the situation and began preparing to move. However, only a few weeks later, we received a lease renewal offer in error. When we contacted the company for clarification, Nick did not respond directly. Instead, another employee, Shanna, handled the communication. She was consistently professional, courteous, and treated us with respect throughout the process. After we moved out, our security deposit was withheld for painting charges. Throughout the dispute, we received multiple emails and statements containing conflicting information regarding the rooms involved and the amounts being charged. Additionally, we were provided with estimates rather than final invoices or paid receipts to support the deductions. Our experience was disappointing from both a customer service and communication standpoint. We encourage both property owners and prospective tenants to carefully evaluate who they choose to work with, as professionalism, transparency, and accountability are essential in property management.

Hello. I recently saw on Family Feud there was a FARAH real estate group on my favorite show, and I…read morewas like, I know this could not be these Heffers. These were the single most unprofessional, rude people I have ever dealt with in any type of real estate or apartment, or in almost any business atmosphere I have EVER been to in my life. These people took me to court as a single mother with 4 little children. They were very little at the time. My children are now: one is almost grown and they're Just about all teenagers. BUT I can't believe what this company put me through. They tried to charge me for one of my children getting a toy stuck in the toilet. They had a policy that if it turns out to be my fault, then I would have to pay, so that was known. I called them to fix the toilet because I tried to fix them myself and I just could not do it. So, I called the maintenance man to come fix the toilet. He fixed the toilet. They tried to charge me $450 for getting a toy out the toilet. So, I told him that was not feasible for me at the time and if they could put it into installments. So, I got to the office to sign my installment plan because at the time I was up against it. I'm in a better situation now, so let's continue with the story. When I got to the office, Natalie!!!! I will never forget her name for the rest of my life as we had frequent encounters previously and were talking about every time I tt this female... over the phone where she talked to me very rudely. And I know this is a family-owned business, so keep that in mind as I tell you the rest of the story. So, I arrived at the office to sign my installment plan and she says I'm not going to let you sign this. I said why? She said because you asked me if I was racist and I'm not. I said OK, what does that have to do with my installment agreement? She said Well, if you need to apologize for saying I'm racists or feel I'm racist because I'm not racist." I said, "Well, I asked you over the phone in our last conversation why do you talk to me the way that you talk to me? Did I know you from somewhere or is there something that you aren't telling me, and you replied to me, "No." So, then I then proceeded on my conversation with you Natalie FARAH, to know that you know nothing else about me except for my name and what I look like. (So, at the time I was thin and fortunately I thought I was cute so, it had to have been my skin color, which I am black.) So, she insisted that was not it. So, we were in the office. She asked me to apologize to her before I signed my installment agreement. I told her I will not apologize for how I feel. So, she said, well, I'm not going to let you sign this installment agreement. So, I said, "OK, well, I'm still not going to apologize. So, what are we going to do? How do we move on from here?" She said, "Well, I guess you're just going to have to get out." So, I said, "So you're kicking me and my kids out?" WE LIVED THERE 6 YEARS I said "that's not legal, you can't make me apologize to you to sign something or evict me. That's not legal." So, I left the office BUT before we left, one of my youngest children needed to use the bathroom and I told my children "No y'all come on, these bathrooms are white only." And one of the guys from the back, ((remember I told you they were family owned?)) Comes out rushing up to the front and said that is not true. Our bathrooms are not segregated, I said, "Well, why don't you talk to Natalie about that?" And I left. I took me and my kids out. I was so upset. My heart was racing so bad. I couldn't believe that she wanted to degrade me, to bring me down to a child's level, to make me do something that I didn't want to do, to sign a piece of paper. Well, guess what? Remember again when I told you that they were family owned and operated? Well, they took Miss Natalie's side. One of the rudest people I've ever encountered in a professional environment, in my existence, in life, and I'm 39 years old now. So, the next day I woke up to an eviction notice on my door. I went to court, and I ended up winning in court. I had to get a court appointed lawyer because I couldn't afford one at the time for the $450.00. Even the judge laughed, he said, "y'all aren't going to let her pay this or make a payment arrangement?? You'd rather her leave?!" WE LIVED THERE 6 YEARS Well, just so you know, always make sure you know the laws in your state. If a company or person that's the owner of the property insists that you move, you do have to move. IN TEXAS My rent was NOT late, and you CAN be evicted at any time just like TEXAS is at will with employment, it is also (loosely) with Leasing/renting your lil rights are limited HUNNEY!!! So, they insisted that I moved, over that encounter. And from there, ME and my children had to find somewhere else to live. It was Ordered by the judge, apparently because he felt sorry for me. AND because he even scoffed and laughed at them being so petty
