They never called so he called again today and when stating we needed them to install the correct shower door the guy was extremely rude. He ended up hanging up on my husband and the issue is still unresolved. We just moved to Iowa and everyone has been so nice until dealing with this company. The communication, customer service, and professionalism is severely lacking.

I recently (7/1/26) had Tyler out from Adams Door for a maintenance bundle on my original 1993 garage door, and his performance was absolute perfection. I had a specific, custom scope of work on my estimate--including a complete teardown of a 33-year-old bottom retainer/seal and a non-destructive replacement of 10 rollers. Tyler executed the entire project with outstanding efficiency and master-level skill. He provided incredible customized care for my older hardware; by taking the time to safely untensing the cables and remove the hinges one by one, he completed a flawless open-air roller swap while preserving the original factory geometry of my steel tracks. He cleanly prepped the bare metal door bottom, mounted the new CP-07 2" seal perfectly to the inside face only, and recalibrated my LiftMaster operator limits so the door seals flush against the concrete with zero daylight gaps.
