They were pretty nice though kids and adults have to pass a test to not have to swim in 3ft water

I've been here on several different occasions…read more I came here about 5 years ago to take my first swimming lesson over be summer. The price of the classes was reasonable & the instructor was great! Recently, I brought my 7 month old son for a group swim class (parent and child). The cost, again, reasonable ($45 for the week with 5 half hour classes included). The instructor was amazing! Happy and interactive. We did songs and free one playing with toys as well as skills such as getting in and out of the pool ("jumping in" and holding the side of pool and gettin out). The facilities themselves are amazing--Olympic sized pool, hot tub, small pool for kids where you can wade in to get them acclimated, etc. I dock a star because I still am upset about he cost of parking here. It's too much! $3 if you pay at machine and if you pay on app $3.35. Sure, you can buy a permit or drive around aimlessly trying to find a street spot, but it's kinda crazy (especially during college session!) But overall, the place is great and I will be back!

No street parking in all neighborhood on weekdays, permit required unless you go on weekends (no permit required on Saturdays and Sundays). I like that they have a tiny little spin drier for swimsuits in locker room, also SiriusXM music playing in all facility and vending machines available at the pool... I'd easily put 5 stars if they offer free parking for their visitors. The pay parking is actually going to limit my visits to them to weekends.

They've got a cold plunge, a killer gym to sneak in a workout, and some really fun packages--VIP includes all-you-can-eat pizza (surprisingly delicious ), garlic knots, candy, and snacks. The water obstacle course is a riot--falling in front of everyone only adds to the fun . Seriously, such a fun way to hang out, get moving, and enjoy a little playful chaos with the beach vibes in the background. Highly recommend if you're ready to laugh, splash, and maybe take a few epic dives.

My daughter's seventh birthday went off like a confetti cannon. Parking is hand to hand combat for sure, but once you breach the gates it's pure kid‑powered mayhem in the best way. The floating obstacle course? That thing is a child vacuum. It swallowed an entire swarm of rug rats and kept them blissfully occupied for hours while the adults remembered how to breathe again. Life vests everywhere, no drama, no scavenger hunt. Food came from Pizza Port which instantly bumped morale. And the bar next door will literally hand you a drink you can march right back to the pool with, which feels like a low key cheat code. Our party got its own narrow corralled zone, like a VIP pen for exhausted parents and sugar‑drunk children. We were blissfully separated from the civilians, free to unleash our chaos without judgment. My kid left glowing. I left feeling like I made a positive memory for a bunch of spoiled SanDiego kids who have access to better recreation options than most children of royalty. crushing it!

Full size fridge with freezer though lacking ice cube trays. They provided charcoal and fire wood which I did not expect and was a nice surprise. Very quite and peaceful while we were there (Wednesday-Thursday). The community room was retro decorated and the bathrooms were very clean. My only complaint about the pool was the temp of the water. It did not seem heated even though they advertised as a heated pool.

I wish that all of the trailers had AC. I was disappointed to learn that the trailers don't lock from the outside. They tell you to keep your valuables in your car. A. This is inconvenient, B. I am not sure if the spartan locked from the inside either. I feel like the locks are something that they should definitely invest in fixing. The spartan also has a very small water heater. I think that they told us 2 gallons when we called. I couldn't even get through a shower without it running out. We called because we thought maybe it could be fixed but they let us know the water heater is small but they have public showers available. Since it was hot I toughed it out. My brother stayed in the mansion and it had a bad smell in it. It bothered his girlfriend a lot. They did have AC and their hot water was fine. Their trailer also did not lock from the outside. The trailers are cute, and we liked the vintage decor but they need some work done. I feel like their trailers have a lot of potential if they would just invest in them a bit. My husband and I stayed at another location that had vintage trailers. They were definitely nicer. AC, hot water, new linoleum, locks and keys, and did not have a bad smell. I hope that pinecrest can improve their vintage trailers. I think that if they improved them they would have a lot more return business.

The pool was an average size that quickly filled up with kids. The quiet and peaceful environment doesn't no exist, so if you're looking to relax in silence during your dip in the hot waters, it's not going to happen. The other amenities are way too crowded to enjoy. The couples massage was supposed 45 min but the ladies taking care of us weren't in the mood, so it was cut short by half. Over all the place was okay but yes it does need to be cleaned. And not worth money.

As you walk into the main pool area, you can see a stairway that leads to a warm thermal spring pool. The floor was covered in mold and the area needed sweeping. The main pool has a beautiful marble deck and bougainvillia surrounds it. It's freezing, but must be nice in the summer. Inside, the jewel is the indoor bath and the sauna. Signs remind everyone of the required 'Silence.' Very relaxing and therapeutic. Staff makes sure everyone sits on a mat in the pristine sauna. The women's locker room has been recently renovated. Bring your own towel.
