And to top it all off, we paid $5 for five minutes of parking just to be turned away. Advertise a pool as open, charge families to park, turn them away at the entrance, and keep the parking money. Genius budget-airline business model.

The lifeguards do what they can, but most of the time the parents aren't paying attention. They sit on the sidelines on their phones while their kids shove others and get repeated whistle warnings, completely unaware of what's happening. The main problem really comes down to parents not parenting, so just be prepared for that. My kids still had fun, but there were a few moments when they got out of the water frustrated because they were being shoved.

Very quite and peaceful while we were there (Wednesday-Thursday). The community room was retro decorated and the bathrooms were very clean. My only complaint about the pool was the temp of the water. It did not seem heated even though they advertised as a heated pool.

The place is dirty, smelly, and extremely crowded. What bothered me the most was that the rules were clearly not enforced equally for everyone. I was charged 50 pesos to rent a swimsuit because the staff said my athletic outfit wasn't suitable for the water. Yet, almost immediately, I saw several people wearing the same type of clothing I had on, and they were allowed to enter without any issue. I was also told that sunscreen and snacks were not allowed, but once inside, I saw plenty of people using sunscreen and eating snacks around the pools. If you're going to have rules, they should apply to everyone equally. Unfortunately, the inconsistent enforcement, combined with the poor cleanliness and overcrowding, made for a very unpleasant experience. I would not recommend this place.

The pool was an average size that quickly filled up with kids. The quiet and peaceful environment doesn't no exist, so if you're looking to relax in silence during your dip in the hot waters, it's not going to happen. The other amenities are way too crowded to enjoy. The couples massage was supposed 45 min but the ladies taking care of us weren't in the mood, so it was cut short by half. Over all the place was okay but yes it does need to be cleaned. And not worth money.

They have three separate pools - 25 meter lapping/diving pool, a recreation pool with some lapping lanes, a water slide for those at least 7+ and 48", and a kids play area pool with couple of slides, several water fountain structures in below knee level water. Locker rooms are relatively clean but can use some updating. There's bleachers with some shade for spectators and/or spot for your belongings (don't bring valuables). If you're interested in checking this pool out I would suggest reading their policies and regulations on their website so that you know what to expect and what to bring and what not to bring. It was reassuring to witness the staff run a drowning victim drill. They all appeared to take it very seriously, and were not goofing around in any way shape or form. Practice and preparation is key to staying disciplined and focused if a crisis presents itself. PS - location may be bit confusing - they're in the miramar college campus off black mountain rd. There's ample parking, oh and they do have limited hours - verify before going.
