Came in for a drug test, with no prior appointment and was taken in right away. I got my papers looked at and was given a sterilized cup. I brought back my sample in the cup- which had no lid by the way, so I had to cover it with some paper napkins. The guy took my sample poured it into a vial, let me sign and date the label on the vial and dumped the rest of the sample away in the bathroom. He did this all without gloves which kind of irked me. After that I was all set and sent away. Fast, easy drug testing location. Just a bit unsure about how sanitary this place is run, no lids on the sample cups and lack of gloves. Had the weirdest experience here and they LOST MY SAMPLE and now I have to go to another place to collection again. My experience: It was in some clinic in a plaza. I waited until my name was called and a man in sweats and a hat (very unprofessional for a clinic btw), brought me to the back office. He handed me a cup without a lid or bag, not even wearing gloves. Strike 1... I was able to bring my stuff with me, they didn't ask me to put my stuff somewhere. Strike 2... I pee and have to carry the cup without a lid through the hallway (SO WEIRD) then he told me to put the cup on top of his desk. He takes the cup without gloves and pours the sample in a tube on top of his desk. Strike 3!! The rest of my sample is there chillin in a cup on his desk and he has me sign the label on the tube and I'm on my way out.... 2 weeks later, my HR calls me saying they lost my sample and I have to do it again?! They couldn't even give her details on when it was collected or where it is. SUS AND SKETCHY AF!! I've done around 4 drug tests before at other locations for jobs/schooling and this place was shockingly unprofessional. They never checked my ID and the man who was conducting the drug test wasn't wearing a mask nor was he wearing gloves. He didn't ask me to wash my hands before nor after giving him the sample. He didn't have me check my bags into a locker and he didn't tell me to not flush the toilet. The bathroom smelled of feces and was messy. It was also stocked with many products and wasn't empty like the standard drug testing bathroom is. The man poured my urine sample into a vial over his desk right by his mouse and computer. There was no check-out process. I also had to wait an hour because they take a 1 hour lunch break (which wasn't posted online). I should have checked these reviews before choosing this place to do my drug test but I assumed they were all standardized and similar. I left 3 voicemails over a span of 1 week and never got a call back. They never picked up their phone. My employer also never got the results of my exam. After this experience, I asked that my employer schedule and order another exam for me to take elsewhere. I ended up going to a Concentra to do the drug test and the process was multitudes better. I'd give this place a - if I could. Did a walk in for a drug test on June 10th. No wonder there was no wait!! This place sucks. The gentlemen brought me to the back, gave me a cup and told me to go pee in it. No cup to cover whole transporting from restroom to his office. He took my cup and poured it in a tube and asked me to discard the rest. I signed and I was on my way. A week later, my employer told me it was lost in transit. I had to go back to do another test(June 18th). Was kinda iffy but told myself it happens so I went back. Same process, but this time, I dated and initial the tube. Today, June 26th, I was told that the sample was lost in transit again. How could this happen 2 times in a row? I think this place steals people's sample and sells it. This is such a waste of my time and it's an inconvenience!!! I am one week away from starting my new job and I'm pretty sure I won't be cleared to start with this drug test delay!!! I came in for my drug test, US Coast Guard Captain's license. The test procedures were quick, and as everyone reported, no lid, etc. I was informed my results would be back within 48 hours unless there were some complications. I waited a week with no results. Here we are three weeks later, nothing. I called two weeks ago and was informed they would follow up which they did not. I do not take drugs so no concern of what is in my system. I called them yesterday and was told the sample was lost? Presumably the lost occurred by FedEx since the proctor 'remembers' taking it. Really? I could come back to retest. I then took a look at the reviews. It is extremely strange to me that person after person is told their samples are 'lost' and even reviews where samples are lost more then once. I arrived at 2:22 and I didn't have an appointment. The receptionist let me know that the tester was late arriving from lunch. There were 4 other people waiting before me. Finding the place was very difficult because it's also a spa and chiropractor, and the building isn't called allied drug testing. I honestly would've left if this was the specific center i signed up for and if it wasn't the last day I could take the test. I overheard the specific doctor is here when he wants to be and sets his own hours even though it says nothing like that online. I came here for a drug test. And I work in health care industry so it is unacceptable for me the way they took me sample. The whole procedure of getting urine is so wrong. I had drug test at other places, and there is no way you could carry your pulse or anything to the restroom. Your body needs to be checked, to make sure you won't swap the sample. To be honest, i can swap the sample easily at this place. I could just take a tube of somebody else urine and pour into the cup he gave to me. First, the guy gave me a cup, no lid, handles it without gloves. The cup was opened, and it was no different than a ordinary cup. I got my urine in there, gave it back to him. He told me to put it on his desk! Then He poured it into another cup, again no gloves. He did not wear white blouse. If you happen to have a drug test elsewhere, you know what i meant!!! read more

The most unprofessional drug testing facility I have ever been to. One employee works here and he is extremely unprofessional and rude. Urine temperature is between 96 and 100 degrees but this man doesn't know that. He believes urine is less than 96 degrees and he failed me for my urine being at 96 degrees. He refused to let me retake the test. They don't make you empty your pockets and don't provide gloves or a cup with a lid. They give you a yogurt type cup and ask you to pee in that. He then poured the urine into a vial while sitting at his desk eating food. Disgusting. He didn't even allow me to wash my hands. read more

Their lunch is 1-2. The front desk girl looked at me and looked away right away. I was like dont act you didnt see me. She then covered her face ignoring me. Professional NOT! Customer Service NOPE. I should of looked at all the reviews online before going to a buisness. Company shouldn't be operating with this service. I see all the same issues being reported that others are experiencing. Read the reviews before your go here! Dont make my mistake. Like so many others who reviewed this "business", THEY "LOST" MY URINE SAMPLE. It's actually a chiro office that share their facilities for drug testing. RED FLAG #1. When I called to make an appointment the receptionist was of no help and told me to call back after 3pm when the guy that does them came in. She had an attitude like she hates her job. RED FLAG #2. The guy that does the drug testing comes and goes as he pleases it seems even though the site lists specific times for drug testing. I called back after 3pm and the guy didn't show up for work that day. RED FLAG #3. I called the next morning and the receptionist says he's in and I can just walk in anytime. I show up shortly after the call and she then tells me they are running out of supplies so I may or may not be able to do my drug test and I should come back another day if possible. WHY DIDNT SHE MENTION IT WHILE I WAS ON THE PHONE WITH HER!? It wasn't possible for me to come back so I stayed. RED FLAG#4. There was enough supplies for me after all so I gave my urine sample. The guy doesnt check my bag, pockets, ID, or anything. RED FLAG#5. He works out of a storage closet. Literally has boxes of supplies piled up everywhere in there. Super cramped and definitely not sanitary at all. He had me initial and date my sample after he poured into a smaller container. RED FLAG#6 I was supposed to get a confirmation donor form after the collection but he didn't give me anything so I asked for it bc my employer wanted me to get it. The guy was immediately annoyed that I asked and insisted that everything is submitted online and I didn't need it. I left empty handed and somehow knew that something was going to go wrong with my sample. 10 days later still no drug test results and I was informed by my employer today that my sample is considered LOST and I would have to repeat it. I'm def never returning to this place. They should just shut down this place. It's clear the no one who works there wants to work there. Luckily my employer is understanding and allowed me to repeat my drug test rather than rescinding their employment offer based off of how things went here. This may not be the case for all employers so if your new job means anything to you then get your drug test done somewhere else. My employer scheduled me an appointment for a Saturday morning at 10am. I got there at 10, and the office was empty. I thought maybe they were running late or hadn't opened up shop yet, so I waited about 15 minutes and called the office number but to no avail. There was no posting that they would be closed that day, and the hours of operation listed they were open at 10am on Saturdays. Not sure why it even lets you schedule on a day the office is closed, and then doesn't post anywhere that the office is closed that day when the signage would indicate they should be open. I finally left and later called several times to see if they had opened later, but still no answer so they were definitely closed. So I have to reschedule, and go back again next week... Based on the reviews though it seems they are unprofessional in many other ways, but we will see. read more

Called the office last week to verify their holiday hours, arrived today 12/26 to find their lunch was not from 12-1 like previously stated but 12-2, which is fine I waited. At 215 a nice lady opened the door asked myself and 4 others what we were waiting on, we all stated drug testing and she informed us they are not here today, no one showed up. TLDR: If your employer sends you to this location for a pre-employment drug screening, please request another location! If you want to cheat on a drug test, this is the best place to do so. There are no medical procedures here and the technician doesn't check you before or after. Just make sure your sample is warm since there is a thermal label outside the cup. The technician is very unsanitary and unprofessional. He had no gloves, no bags, no trays, and no fucks were given! He uses his bare hands to pour the urine from one cup to another cup right over his desk! Don't fill the cup up all the way, you have to bring it back to him, you don't want to spill it when you walk down the hall way. Lastly, he's closed for lunch at noon every day, and closed on weekends; so don't bother going during these times. I know it is not posted, which is why I am letting you know now. The long review: Timing: I came here for a 5 panel drug test the first week of January 2017. Initially, I was asked to come back because I came at 12:20pm and the technician was at lunch. This is understandable, he's human and he has to eat too. However, if you are not open from noon to 1pm please list that somewhere so people don't waste their time and gas coming on their lunch break! Providing the sample: When I first came in, he checked my ID to match it to my paperwork. This is normal and expected, but then he gave me a plastic cup (think Yoplait yogurt) with the foil lid already pulled back. He told me to go to the bathroom to provide my urine sample. After I was done I left my sample on the table and washed my hands. At other testing locations they usually have the technician gather your specimen with gloves on. When I go back to the room to meet with the technician, he told me to go back to the bathroom to get my cup and didn't provide me with any gloves! Processing the sample: I thought this was odd since other places that I have been to usually give you a vial inside a plastic bag so that you can securely bring back your specimen without it spilling everywhere. Anyway, I brought my cup back with a paper towel on top of it hoping I wouldn't spill it and placed the cup directly on his desk. This was the same spot where I just signed my paperwork too! This made me instantly feel gross because I thought of all the other urine samples that were placed in the same spot where I literally just signed my paperwork 2 minutes ago... He then proceeds to pour my sample into another plastic vial with his bare hands and puts a label on it! He throws the plastic cup away and asks me to initial my sample... After that I was done and I left very quickly... Filing a complaint: I called eScreen which is the parent company that employs these third party drug testing facilities. After expressing my concern for lack of procedure and the potential for contamination the CSR told me to take it up with my employer. He explained that eScreen hires third party drug testing facilities to collect the sample, then they hire another company to analyze the sample, then eScreen reports it back to your employer. eScreen doesn't seem to care as long as they get paid by the employer... Maybe they would care more if a lawsuit was brought upon them for knowingly allowing this to happen. read more
