I didn't even have an appointment, I just walked in, and my waiting time was about 30 minutes, which I think is reasonable. Before I left, the medical assistant asked how everything went and made sure I had completed the test, which I appreciated. That extra care made me feel comfortable. wow this is the worst experience i've ever had drawing blood…read more first the check in and insurance was a hassle. one receptionist was kind and the other one rude at the get go. now onto the blood drawing. i am skeptical of the cleanliness but its fine. the woman that did my blood drawing was sniffling and then after put a mask and gloves on this was the roughest blood drawing i've ever had. she didn't tie the strap tight enough and i wasn't giving enough blood into the last vial. instead of stopping she kept pushing near my vein and moving the sringe around. wasn't great. once admitting defeat she told me it's because i didn't drink enough water before my visit. sure waters fine during a fasted blood test but uh ok. she then stabbed my second arm and got the last vial she needed. welp that's going to leave a bruise... ....

Are they seriously THAT busy?? FYI: appointments aren't needed as I initially thought, there were tons of random walk-ins during our visit. Just be prepared for a wait if that's the case. This lab certainly isn't the best looking place and the staff in the front could use a few courses when it comes to customer service but the 2 gal's [african american] in the back who assisted in the blood draw of my toddler are awesome!! I didn't catch their names but I really appreciated their kindness and patience with my screaming baby. The second visit involved delay to receive a CD, despite the X-ray itself took less than 10 minutes. Today (4/22/2026), although there was a larger crowd, which I understand the process was poorly managed. The technician saw me within about 10 minutes, and the exam itself was quick. However, I then waited 45+ minutes for my CD, only to stand in line and be told it had been overlooked and they did not process it. This reflects a lack of organization and attention to detail. While the technical staff performs well, the overall coordination and service quality need improvement. Retraining and better workflow management are clearly needed.
