My Campbell appointment at a local LabCorp was canceled and I only found out after I went to check in in person. I quickly went on the app and made another appointment but within 15 miles this place showed up so I thought it was on a different part of San Jose. It was all the way on East side, which was rather far for me to drive but yes, within 15 miles. Lol. Behind Chuck E. Cheese and down a little pathway, I found a very rundown clinic with some other dentist offices in the area. As I parked my car and walked around to where the entrance of the LabCorp was, I walked up the ramp, and as I opened the door. I saw three people in the waiting area. Some lady yelled from the back room, "you have appointment?!?! " I wasn't too sure how to take it so I politely yelled back, "yes, at 12:15 PM. "It was 12:10 PM. The lady yelled from the back, "check in on computer. " As I walked up to the check-in kiosk, my boyfriend handed me a mask and took the business card. Lol it seemed rather sketchy!! Maybe 10 minutes later, a lady pushed an elderly lady from the back Clinic in a wheelchair up to the front where a gentleman was waiting. The three of them ended up, leaving, and the older gentleman in line ahead of me, went into the back as the lady that yelled at me from the back, motion him with her hand to go into the back room. Around 1230, a lady came in from some back door and apologized that she was on her lunch. She was rather polite, I actually saw her name tag, and her name was K. Harinder. She said she was clocking in and she'd be with me shortly. She was very sweet as she got my paperwork set up and she went in the back to draw my blood for my labs. She was incredibly clean as she put on a new set of gloves from the front office to the back office and got the needles ready. She was quick about getting my blood drawn and I was on my way by 12:45, even though I had an appointment at 12:15. I'm really glad the lady came back from her break and it wasn't the shorter Asian lady yelling from the back that took my blood she just didn't seem very professional to me. read more

I had my blood drawn at this LabCorp location around 7:45 AM and had a great experience. K. Harinder was very kind and helpful, clearly explaining the check-in process and what to expect. The waiting room was empty when I arrived, and the appointment moved quickly. I hadn't been drinking much water, so my vein was a bit difficult to locate, but she was able to find it easily and the blood draw was quick and not painful. I am first time used the LabCorp location walk in. I am very impress with the staff, especially Tina, she is a multitasker, she is working at the front desk, and the back office. She is very friendly, efficient and very fast of serving patient in and out within a very short time. It seem that the lab might need another employee to help out. I had a very negative experience at a Labcorp facility. Upon arrival, a staff member loudly called out from behind the desk asking if I had an appointment. She then proceeded to state my address out loud in front of other patients, which was both shocking and concerning given the importance of patient privacy and HIPAA regulations. Additionally, I was not allowed to bring in my certified service dog. I explained that my service animal is legally permitted, but the staff member stated she was afraid of dogs and claimed they were not allowed in the "dry area." This did not appear to be based on policy, but rather on her personal discomfort. Overall, the interaction felt unprofessional and raised serious concerns regarding both patient confidentiality and proper accommodation of a legally protected service animal. read more

This place is all efficiency. Came in on a Saturday on a walk in. In San Jose. Yet, compared to anywhere else, this is the quickest blood draw I've had. The blood draw itself was painless. The staff communicates great with each other and patients. read more

I was diverted to this location by a sign on the door of the Samaritan Drive office (where I had an appointment) letting me know they were closed. I was anxious to take care of the routine lab work, as I was fasting. So, I headed over to the Burdette Drive office for the first time, dreading the long wait I was sure would be my fate, but that wasn't the case. I found parking easily in the back, and walked into the well signed office that was clean and organized. I was able to check in at the kiosk and wait briefly before I was taken care of. All of the staff was efficient and kind, and before I knew it, I was on my way. read more

I saw this place had the worst reviews of all of the labcorp locations, but decided to make an appt anyway because they had the most openings. I have to say, I had a great experience. I had a 7:15am appt for bloodwork, and arrived 15mins early per instructions at 7am. After verifying my information I was admitted to the back for my blood draw, 7:04am. I let the tech know I get woozy and sometimes faint because I'm afraid of needles, and she offered for me to lie down during the procedure. She talked me through the whole procedure like an Aunty. SO KIND. I didn't even feel the prick of the needle; the tech was smooth as hell. When finished, I got up without issue and she had me double check the names on the vial labels matched my own. I was back in my car at 7:09am. Whole process took less than ten minutes. 100/10 RECOMMEND MAKING AN APPT HERE. read more

I've gone to many Labcorps and this was by far the best experience I've had at one! I had an appointment and the whole process was really quick. I was the only one there early in the morning. There's a security guard posted outside the entrance. I guess this area is not too safe. He was friendly and directed me to the lab. I scheduled an appointment at 9:00 am. My usual Lab Corp on Aborn did not have any appointments available that day. I decided to try this location. The phlebotomist claimed my orders were not in the system. I had to call my provider to fax the orders over. She later admitted my orders were in the system under my last name and nickname. She could not align my last name (probably the only one in the system) and date of birth to the online orders ??? I wasted a good 15 minutes sorting out my orders due to her idiocy. The quality of care was terrible. I have dime size hematoma. read more
