He was upbeat, fun, and really personable! He answered every question we had and more! He gave us a bunch of awesome FREE energy saving items, like new light bulbs, power strip, and and new air/furnace thermostat and even programmed it for us! He also insulated a pipe for our water heater! This was all a FREE service from MidAmerican! And if we follow his tips we can save a bunch of money in the future! I just found out i have cancer. Was on a payment plan with Midamerican but had to default to use…read morethat money to cover insurance and prescriptions. Called all the resources available to help me and each one told me they have no funds. Called Midamerican to explain the situation and i was told i could reinstate my repayment plan if i payed them $194 upfront. Now i only have 98 dollars left for the month to live on. I need to take my medicine with food so i guess it will be cheap and unhealthy because it's all i can afford. Midamerican doesn't care about their customers. They are evil plain and simple.

I worked with some awesome people Shane Thornberry, Jamie, Thomas, & Caleb White were great. Unfortunately, that is where the good things end. The management team at the company is by far the worst I've ever worked for or seen. The training programs in place are almost non existent, supervisors have zero involvement in the field and quite honestly it's hard to understand why they exist. Also there's evidence down below that shows how careless, filthy, and corrupt this company really is. Also supervisor Tim Lane is the most unhelpful person I've met if your new & have no experience calling Tim will frustrate you & quite frankly confuse you more than you were or you'll be told "I'm not close to my prints" "I'm in a area that has no signal" or flat out "IDK"

Mike was extremely patient and explained pros and cons of several different options. The service techs were friendly, efficient, and left a clean work area. They called ahead of time to say they were coming over and followed up after the work was done. The only other time I had such a positive overall experience with anyone in the service industry was with these same people several months back regarding plumbing issues with our rental. They are the only contactor I will now call and they have restored my faith that there are good people /contractors available. I felt the entire team genuinely cared about doing the right thing for our situation rather than just being another service call to tackle that day. That they also cared about keeping the cost to what was affordable speaks volumes to their integrity. Thank you for being such a life saver to us when needed and asset to our community. They installed the running boards I bought on my truck for a fair price and did it that day. I was able to buy some blemishes/ factory second at a price that was a lot less than retail online.

I got the items 6/11. When I went to install the boards I quickly learned that they had not included the bolts that were needed. I formally reached out to Deezee on or around 6/17. I was surprised that no one apologized for the blatant error in the order but instead was told I needed to provide proof of purchase, a picture of the box(which I found strange) and the items missing. They then said they would ship them out in 7-10 days which was almost 2x as long as it took to get the entire running boards. Sent them an email to the email address they provided. On 6/24 after receiving no follow up I called again. They stated they had not gotten my email. I read the email address I sent the email to and they confirmed that was correct. I asked them to send me an email to my email address which I very clearly confirmed they had correct. They agreed to send this. However this email never arrived. I finally called they retailer who contacted deezee and told me to send them the info. They confirmed receipt of the email with necessary docs on 6/25. On 7/5 I received an email from the retailer asking exactly which bolts were missing(which could not have been more clear in my email) It is now 7/6 and no word on the bolts. Here is the problem...I understand mistakes are made. Bolts sometimes don't get put in boxes I get it. HOWEVER why is it so difficult to send out a couple dollars worth of bolts AFTER I have purchased almost $700 worth of parts. Something that took a few days to ship is now taking me almost a month to get the stuff to install them on my truck. All of this could also be avoided if I was not made to feel like they didnt care that they messed up and that im just outta luck until they feel like fixing the issue. This is unacceptable and I'm shocked an American company headquartered in the American heartland has such poor quality control and customer service. Think twice before buying from them.

Who knew there was so much in coordinating a contractor to install a new shower in a bathroom…read more After reading numerous ratings, you tube tv ads and utilizing the word of mouth neighbor app, I finally settled on Herr Plumbing who also installs new showers. I hit the jackpot with this team. Rick (Owner) and (Peggy -- brains of the office) did a fantastic job in coordinating the installer and drywall specialist. The hardware and shower door were perfect considering the production bottlenecks. Now the only thing left is the painter and tile replacement guys who are running two weeks out or more. Nonetheless, the cost from Herr was reasonable-- far cheaper than as advertised Big Box Bathroom Installers. There were no gimmicks- just a fair price with a super installer. Outstanding work!

I absolutely love this library…read more Everyone that works here is so helpful. They really want to make sure that you have a great experience and they do a good job encouraging young readers. The selection here is top notch. I'm always surprised that a book I've really been wanting to read is already there and probably available soon. They don't waste a lot of space on weird art installations or exhibits; this place is chock full of books that they keep in great condition. And it's always organized; there was only one time I was unable to find a book and had to request help. In addition to everything else, their app is so useful. You can reserve books or use the catalog from anywhere in the library or at home. Their hours are absolutely phenomenal; I love that they're open late most nights. All in all, if you're not utilizing your local library, you are really missing out. I would spend hundreds of dollars on books if not for this place; it's such a great community resource.

I went to the information desk to get a guest pass to use the computers. I was given one. I was surprised it was free. I went to one of the available computers and entered in my access code. Ths time allotted was generous and definitely more than I needed. I went to my e-mail and sent the e-mail to print. The printing fee was cheaper than NYC libraries. Once I was done I just used the internet until my friend was ready to leave.
