Based on other reviews I was kinda expecting the worse, however it was the totally opposite!! Check in was smooth (completed on my phone) and was taken back within 5 mins of completing it. All stuff were very friendly and the doctor was informative and took the time to understand my whole medical issues and then focused on what brought me in. I was fully taken care of within 30 mins and off to the pharmacy I went. Would highly recommended and definitely will come back if ever needed. If I could give it negative stars I would. The woman at the front desk (unknown name, has huge eyelashes) was extremely rude. She wanted me to do paperwork on my phone. I couldn't see it. She gave me a clipboard to fill out and then told me because my son with a mental illness is 18, she would need his ID. I told her it was stolen. She insisted on it and I remembered it was on my phone. She said then you have to do it on your phone. I said it was too small and I couldn't see it. I then pushed the clipboard away and it accidentally fell off the desk as the clipboard and the counter were slippery. She said we need to leave even though it was not on purpose. This really upset me and she said I can talk to the owner. We sat and waited and then she called my mentally ill son up and told him we needed to leave even-though I told her he wouldn't understand. Then when I told her I wanted to speak to the owner, suddenly they weren't there. I wouldn't go to this place again. I had previously brought my younger son in and there was a different front desk person who treated me like she cared. I had seen the provider and she was nice. This woman has long, black hair and huge eyelashes. I don't recommended going when shes there. She makes up accusations and is rude, promises to allow you to talk to the owner and then lies about it. read more

This past weekend, my mother had an accident and cut her hand. I knew she needed medical assistance right away, so I called Alliance Urgent Care. The lady who answered the phone was very friendly, informative, and made it an easy choice to come here. We arrived without an appointment and were promptly assisted by the clerk upfront. My mom was seen quickly, and the doctor who helped her was incredibly kind. My mom was understandably worried, but the doctor's sense of humor, patience, and ability to explain the situation clearly really helped calm her down. Upon entering the clinic, I noticed that every chair in the waiting area was filled. The receptionist suggested I book an appointment for later that day. It was easy to schedule an appointment for the same day online. Check in was fast. The front staff and the med assistant were very helpful. The doctor was thorough and explained what was happening medically to me. This is my fourth visit in seven years and I can't say enough about the quality of care and the ease of obtaining medical help. This is definitely our go to urgent care clinic. read more

Came in to the urgent care and my back left side was hurting so they wanted a urine sample and they found blood in my urine. My urine culture was supposed to get sent out waited for about a week and finally called they said it never got sent out. Still in pain and all I got was pain meds was waiting for results. I dont recommend this urgent care. And will be reporting this to medical board this is not how you take care of patients do better. read more

Absolutely horrendous urgent care. Your appointment means nothing as they don't acknowledge your appointment time. My appointment was at 6pm, arrived at 5:45pm. It is 6:24pm in which that is how long it took to get my ID and insurance card back. I haven't even gotten to my care quality yet, so who knows how that'll be. One of the worst experiences I've ever had. I've had hip and leg pain for the past week. Soon after it started I went to the emergency room. I was given a shot and stretching instructions and went home. 5 days later it was getting worse. My doctor is out of town so my friend suggested I try urgent care for temporary relief until I can get into my Doctor. Dr Young was rude and abrupt. He mocked me because I didn't know what kind of shot I received at the emergency room. Then treated me like a druggie when I tried to explain that I wasn't sure what narcotics are. I very rarely need pain relievers but I've been taken Tylenol like candy because of the pain. I was hoping they might know of something a little better. This is probably one of the worst urgent cares I've ever been too. When I walked in no matter me said anything to me. The lady upfront with curly hair was very rude and seemed like she didn't want to be there, which is understandable we all have those days but I'm a first time mom that brought her sick baby in to be treated. And instead of being properly greeted with a " hello how can I help you" she rolled her eyes as soon as I walked in the door with my sick child and said if you don't have an appointment you can't be seen.. but there a walk in urgent care yeah no.I would never go back and wouldn't recommend anyone going. read more

This place could be way better, I just think they hire people that have no idea what they're doing. I came in with my eye swollen shut. We (the "Doctor" and I) laughed because it did look ridiculous. They told me it was an allergic reaction and gave me steroids and eye drops. 3 days later not only was my eye swollen shut the entire side of my face was swollen. I called them and told them this was not an allergic reaction and I'd like them to take another look. They refused and said I needed to finish the steroids and eye drops and hung up on me. I went to the ER and the nurse said "I know there's a bit of a wait but DO NOT LEAVE you need antibiotics, if you leave it could turn serious". I stayed and it turned out I had orbital cellulitis. NEVER GO HERE!! I am beyond irritated with "urgent care" when in on 7/24 for X-rays on my 3 yr olds son's foot. I called before hand to make sure they could. They said yes they could. I went in. They did the X-rays. Doctor came him and said "I can't see anything. Must be a sprained foot, but I'm not sure since I can only have a tiny computer screen." They said the radiologist would look at it and let me know. I called this morning and they told me their system has been down for 3-4 days for radiologist!!! They hope to get it fixed today. So they told me yes to they could do X-rays to get money and not actually help people. They knew I wouldn't get answers. Letting a 3yr old be hurt and not helping to get any answers. Dr. diagnosed upper respiratory infection. The only thing prescribed was Z Pack. No inhaler. I called the office and confirmed it was just a Z pack. The respiratory infection in my lungs causing shortness of breath. When I called them back asking for an inhaler. They asked me to pay another $100 copay. Do not go to this office. It's a rip off. Who forgets to prescribe an inhaler when you have a lung infection? Not a real medical office. read more

All I can say is wow! Completely rude and despicable! Do not come here. You would think an urgent care, especially during covid, would be cleaning frequently! The pen everyone has to use for digital signing is not even being cleaned. I asked for a wipe so I could clean the pen before I used it and she looked at me like I was sooooooo inconveniencing her day to turn her damn seat around and grab a wipe! Then I went to pay my $25 co pay in cash, and she gave me an attitude saying she doesn't have change. I told her I have $25 exactly and don't need change, and she huffed before taking it from me. Horrible experience from beginning. The front desk lady got upset that I asked for the signature pad and pen to be sanitized before I used it, as someone just used it right before me complaining if covid symptoms. She tried to defensively say she just cleaned it, which she didn't. The technician that took us back was rude and acted like my one year old was an inconvenience. He needed an xray and she threw the xray pad down, git very angry at the machine as well as another tech trying to help. The place overall is filthy. Nothing gets wiped down clearly. Go to the ER here in Buckeye, do not put your family through this torture here. read more

There's no sense in making an appointment online or checking in online since you still have to wait an hour or so after your scheduled time.

The staff was nice, however I felt the doctor didn't even care what I had to say/ what I was feeling. Could barely walk, talk, breathe, open my eyes I was feeling horrible. He looked down my throat once and said I have strep... no test nothing. Asked for a Flu test and was told they don't have... seems odd to not have that this time of year. We really have liked all of our experiences with this urgent care, however, last night my husband (who chronically gets bronchitis) and my 11 month old (who has respirator issues) went in. The doctor asked if they wanted do you Covid tests to which my husband said no. He wouldn't even pay attention to their medical histories. Dr. Maurice Young then told my husband that he wouldn't treat either one of them with out the test. My husband reluctantly agreed to get one himself and then Dr. Maurice Young said my baby also needed one, which in itself is extremely frustrating, if my husband is positive then odds are she is too and vice versa. After the Covid test came back negative he finally cared about what my husband had to say. Dr. Maurice Young argued with my husband at every opportunity and then called us "bold" for bringing our baby in. We wouldn't have been able to get into her regular doctor for 2+ weeks. My husband was diagnosed with a sinus infection. Like this urgent care for it's promptness. DO NOT like Dr. Maurice Young because of his rude and argumentative bedside manner. read more

It was a very quick visit but once I'm getting questioned and talked to poorly by the doctors about going in 2 days after I hurt my hand I have to rate it low. They asked me a bunch of questions and kept talking bad about be right outside the room as if I couldn't hear. Sorry not everyone has the funds or time to drop everything and run as soon as they're hurt. As to the gossip about thinking I was in it for the pin killers I still haven't filled the ibuprofen script because I don't need it. All I went in for was X-rays to make sure I didn't fracture my hand. The doctor also "mansplained" everything about the X-ray to me, started the whole Thing off wit taking my phone out of the room to take pictures on my phone to show me and made no sense and was COMPLETELY wrong saying there was a fracture when it was clearly just swelling. So not only was he a rude and unapologetic he was also extremely wrong and almost cost me a ton of money I wouldn't have needed to spend if I followed his words. read more

Very disappointed in the service I received there for a wound. While the staff was attentive and courteous, the Dr that "treated" me had a non-caring attitude, provided incorrect information without really looking at my wound. They didn't even give me a new bandaid after they referred me to the ER and when I got there, they said that there was no treatment for the issue that it would resolve itself in a couple of day. read more

I was seen recently at Alliance Urgent Care and like many, nervous about what my experience would be like due to previous experiences with healthcare in the United States in general. I was seen for what I deem as a serious matter that I've unfortunately experienced before. Tyson was my provider and had an amazing bedside manner. He provided genuine care and support and was an authentic listener. I also have to praise the front office and the MA. The visit took less than 20 minutes from new patient paperwork to leaving with an itemized receipt of my services. My pharmacy received my electronic script and I had my medication within the hour. I feel so much better and will choose this facility in the future. read more

***READ FIRST*** I would give this place no stars if it was possible. I took my wife here to have someone look at her possibly broken thumb. After waiting 2 hours to be seen, the nurse came in to talk to her. After my wife explained that she had sustained her injury from a cheese grater, the nurse didn't believe her saying "that doesn't look like that could have happened with a grater". When my wife insisted that indeed that had happened the nurse grew visibly irritated. During this time my wife's face mask was slipping off her nose while she was speaking. The nurse then told my wife that she had to leave because she was "getting upset" and was not keeping her mask on. We received no treatment, no assessment and were robbed of our copay! This is a horrible excuse for healthcare! I went today as I had the flu and wanted to be sure it wasnt turning into pneumonia. All of a sudden shes running an EKG then comes in to tell me I am really bad and I have to get to the hospital immediately!! So I came home called my cardiologist office and faxed it over. All day my famil and I have been agonizing over this. Well turns out there was nothing wrong the the ekg!! Who runs an EKG for the flu!!! This place should be monitored more closely!! Will never go there again!!! And will make sure anyone else I know doesn't go there!! read more

Went in because I was having Covid symptoms; fever, body aches, chills, vomiting, diarrhea- the works. I'd taken a COVID test the day prior and told them so and that it was negative. They decided to give me another Covid test, which of course came back negative as well. Then nothing. The doctor gave alms a prescription for nausea and one for diarrhea. And told me to keep taking Tylenol. A waste of $75 dollars. They asked me no questions regarding my medical history, previous hospitalizations or surgeries. Nothing. Literally nothing. Went in feeling horrible, could barely walk and left feeling the exact same way 30 minutes later. Meanwhile I still don't know what is wrong with me and will have to go to the ER to get some real and true service. read more

This place was rude and unclean. I watched the precious patients leave the exam room we were directed to go into, and they did not even change the paper on the exam table. The staff was nice while in office, however I had to call back to ask for the correct dosage of benedryl for my infant and they were extremely rude about it. They said it's an over the counter medication and I don't need a script and refused to tell me how much to give my daughter. They said they wrote it on the discharge paperwork, but failed to give me the paperwork. I even checked in with the front desk to make sure we didn't need anything else before we left. The level of how rude this woman was on the phone will cause me to never return to this urgent care. No caring or compassion for my very sick infant. read more
