I am new to the west valley and overall this doctors office meets my expectations. I am surprised…read moreto see that they accept "walk-in appointments". Once care is established getting into see the doctor does not involve a long wait. The patient rooms are clean and up to the modern age for technology. I went to see Dr. Martin for my annual check up and she is great. I was pleased with a high level of patient care from her. Also, she is conscious of what costs are beneficial for her patients (like generic drugs v.s. outrageous name brands). As far as follow up from staff I have not really had an issue. I did call once and I did not get a call back (I was sick and on a cancellation list). I did call back and was scheduled and seen in a prompt and professional manner. This was after establishing care and getting into the system. So in conclusion, if you want a decent no bull medical office go here. If you just walk in expect a wait. If you want to have some kind of hand held small town experience go elsewhere.

Last Monday (9/10), I called my doctors' office to ask for a prescription to be refilled (that I…read morehave been on since 2002 for seizures and restless leg syndrome) called Clonazepam. I was told that the script would be called in to Walgreen's. It wasn't. On Tuesday, Kylie, my daughter, went in to the office to drop off an update d Power of Atty and Living Will (for an upcoming surgery) and asked about the prescription, and was told that it would be called in to the pharmacy that afternoon. It wasn't. I called again on Wednesday, now three days without the pill, only to be told that it would be called in, and again, it wasn't. On Thursday, I was told that the pharmacy had to send over a fax request to have the script filled and that the doctor would not be back in the office till this Monday, which means I would be without the med for a total of 7 (SEVEN) days! I was then put on the phone with a man claiming to be the office manager who told me that the message (which I have never heard, because if you are placed on hold, 623.298.4642, there is no message, just dead silence) would tell you that your pharmacy must send in a fax request...NOT! He refused to listen to my story even telling me that it was my fault and that he didn't care that I used to be a nurse and that he didn't care who screwed up that it was my fault. He yelled at me, wouldn't let me speak and told me that there was nothing he could do. Consequently, last night, I had a grand mal seizure that could have killed me. Google Clonazepam, and look up what happens when you suddenly stop taking this drug after so many years. I have complained to AHCCCS and will complain to Dr. Jeanette Cruz, of Estrella Family Medical the next time I see her. LAWSUIT? POSSIBLY. You don't have to put up with the bull. I could have been told on Monday to have the script request faxed, and problem would have been solved. My daughter could have been told that on Tuesday or handed a script when she was there, but no. At no time were we told...This office dropped the ball, but it's my fault... I COULD HAVE DIED. I WANT HEADS TO ROLL AND PEOPLE FIRED. AM I MAD, DAMN RIGHT I AM MAD. I HAVE KIDS TO RAISE AND A LIFE TO LIVE. JUST BECAUSE SOME OFFICES REQUIRE A PHARMACY TO SEND A SCRIPT REQUEST, DOESN'T MEAN THEY ALL DO, AND I HAVE NEVER HAD TO DO THIS BEFORE!! ~~ I got a certified letter today, 9/20, telling me that I have been fired. That tells me that this office can't admit to their mistakes and that I am glad that as of October, I am glad I am no longer their patient. I have alerted AHCCCS, the Arizona Medical Review Board and will be filing a Medical Malpractice Lawsuit as well.~~

I have been going to All Family Care for several years. My visits ate routine - Well visit nothing…read moreunusual. They do not make you wait a long time once you have checked in. They keep pretty closely to the scheduled visit time. I did not, however, get a doctor for the first 3 years after starting my initial yearly visits but a PA instead. I was not particularly happy about that but the PA did a good exam. I have never met Doctor Singh but in 2024, I was examined by a doctor. He did a thorough exam. I should also mention that I have consulted with them via zoom app; the link was forwarded to me by AFC because I had a cold and was not able to go to the office. This year, 2026, I started seeing Doctor B. I like him. He is professional, friendly and took the time to listen to me. The front desk girl is also professional, polite and patient. Qualities you really need working the front desk. The office is always clean and tidy as well as the exam rooms. I go to All Family Care for my general health check ups. I will continue to go to All Family Care and would recommend it as well.

I was told they charged me incorrectly and I owe $500+ from my visit in September 2025! I told them I would not have agreed to that cost since I'm self pay and cannot afford it. They said it doesn't matter and they are sending the bill to the lab for them to bill me if I don't pay them! Beware the staff also matters when choosing a doctor. Incompetent.

I went in for one issue and she started to berate me about my hormones. I've seen my own hormone provider successfully for over 9 years and didn't come to this appointment for anything related to my hormones. I thought maybe she had a bad day, but my husband saw her on a different day and when he emerged from his appointment he said "I never want to see her again, that was horrible." Again, he went in for one issue and she decided to focus on his cholesterol at 161 which is not even high. But she began to scribble on her note pad to take fish oil, (he said, I took one this morning and her response was "you should have taken 2) flax seed and get a follow up appointment to have labs drawn again. My husband is 60 years old, 6'1, 195 pounds and 15% body fat, impeccable labs, great blood pressure and very low PSA lab because he takes HRT. I would caution anyone from choosing this provider if you don't like being talked down to, berated and intimidated. I have nothing positive to say except we will never be back in her office again.

I started going to Omnia when I was about 8 weeks pregnant with our first baby. Since the day of my first appointment & ultrasound, I have felt cared for and respected. I especially have loved Anjulie and Dr. Erin Syers, who I have seen the most for my appointments. Anjulie especially gave me the confidence to have my baby according to my birth plan wishes and made me feel excited to enter motherhood, and she continues to educate and empower me to take care of my body so I can take care of my baby. I am so grateful to have found Omnia and will continue to be a patient!

To make matters worse, this does not even include the separate laboratory fee for the Pap smear, which adds another $140 to $250--bringing the billed total to nearly $1,000!! Google this right now: "How much does a women's wellness exam and Pap smear cost in Arizona?" It is not $1,000. But I am a self-pay patient, so they applied a discount YAY! My bill is $353.71, plus $144 directly to the lab--a grand total of $496.71. Again, look up the average cash-pay rate in Arizona; it will not say $500! Why is it so high here? Thanks for asking. Well at this darling practice, a standard pelvic exam is NOT considered part of a women's wellness exam! Unbelievable and unacceptable! Here is the breakdown they charged me: PREV ESTABLISHED VISIT 18-39 YEARS OLD Charge Total is = $457.12 Self-Pay Discount = $182.85 PELVIC EXAMINATION Charge Total is = $88.28 Self-Pay Discount = $35.31 OBTAINING SCREEN PAP SMEAR Charge Total = $173.57 Self-Pay Discount = $69.43 HANDLING AND/OR CONVEYANCE OF SPECIMEN FOR TRANSFER FROM OFFICE TO A LABORATORY Charge Total = $ 47.12 BRIEF EMOTIONAL/BEHAV ASSMT Charge Total = $ 18.00 Pap Smear Lab (billed separately) - $144 Wow, what a beautifully transparent breakdown of costs! How did I get that? Great question, thanks for asking. Well, by going into my patient portal of course (on May 12th 2026) and asking for it. Then be completely ignored and ask again on May 23rd. Then ask twice on June 2nd because they are not directly answering you. June 3rd they give you some BS and don't send you an itemized bill so you ask for a manager. June 8th ask for an itemized bill and manager again. June 15th as for a supervisor and itemized bill again. June 16th they say "Can you your email address." And you ask them to send you your itemized bill through the secure patient portal. June 18th you send them "Because you has repeatedly refused to provide the legally required itemized statement for the $784.09 gross charge and have evaded all requests to speak with a supervisor, I have officially filed a formal consumer complaint against this facility with the Arizona Attorney General's Consumer Protection Division." Then FINALLY on June 24th 2026 you get this breakdown. It was just that easy! So anyway, do not go here. They use deceptive billing practices. Even if you have good insurance and pay $0 for screenings, do you want to participate in them extracting this much money from women for basic preventive healthcare?! Do not participate in this shit.
