Luckily all the gates were closed and my dogs are very friendly or else they could have ran off and gotten hurt or bit one of the people that came inside. When I came home to find that she had been through the house and done this I called her and asked why she was early. She said she "had forgotten what time the appointment was at" if that was the case it doesn't mean she can just come over and enter whenever she pleases. We were paying to live there and there are rules about proper notice and just basic human decency that should've been followed but was not in this case.

The only thing I can complain about is maintenance, it can be spotty & unsatisfactory. I had mold growing in my bathroom because the fans air circulation isn't strong enough but it works so it can't be replaced. Overall, I think it's a smart price to pay!
