We have been insured for many years with this company. When we were trying to get a check to pay off the damage to a truck it took two extra weeks for David Bell to cut a check to the auto body shop. If we have needed to add something or get something addressed it has taken several weeks before they take notice. We recently tried to cancel our policies two different occasions with this company and verify the receipt of the faxes via phone. They verified that they received the faxes and the cancellation would be back dated. Instead we have gotten another bill in the mail.
