I have been dealing with this car lot since they were on Buchanan Street in Nashville. I had…read moreseveral vehicles and several late payments. I had repossession from this lot in the past. In 2019, I had a mountaineer from the car lot located on Gallatin Pike in Madison. I dealt with John for years and he allowed me several times to pick up vehicles with him and his employees at the auction to pay for a late payment. It is very heartbreaking that I am banned from all their locations due to a former employee who was being malicious and manipulated by shutting down the vehicle I just made my 7th payment for, on someone else's private property, they came and got it after weeks of sitting on someone else's private property and they are fabricating this story that they couldn't track the vehicle, they don't have the vehicle resulting in me being banned from their lot which none of this is my error. In 2021, my ex who I had an active order of protection at the time walked into their Nolensville Rd lot with his new girlfriend using my stolen debit card and stole $600 from my account placing a freeze of my funds and the closure of the account. I have receipts from the bank account stating Discount Motors took the $600, and they lied to the bank and tried to make it like I was present, I gave them permission, I broke up with the man and wanted my money back. No, I didn't give them, him, or anyone else permission to use my card, access my funds, I didn't have knowledge at the time, nor give my consent. The vehicle was not in my name and my police report should have been enough for them to refund me my stolen money. John, came on my review on Google being very unprofessional and cocky talking about a first payment in 2019. What does that have to do with a stolen debit card being used in his Nolensville Rd lot in 2021, nothing. I want my money.

Our son(19) bought a 2006 Alantra with low milage from these guys last year. He has never missed a…read morepayment and never would (automatic withdrawal). It seemed to be a decent little car until the catalytic converter bit the dust 7 months later, as you know the catalytic converter is one of the most expensive things that can go wrong with an automobile. The mechanic explained that the cars exhaust was rigged and welded in a way that was so shotty it was set up to cause this damage. Either County Line didn't inspect the car before selling it or just didn't care. My husband called these people at County Line and of course they didn't offer to fix or even pay for part of the repair, but they did agree to give our son a break and move the next two payments to the end of the loan and resume his payments of 150$ the next billing cycle. We helped to pay the balance of the repair a 800$on a 5000$ car( thank God we had it). But today County Line stuck it to him again and took three hundred out of our son's account, causing an overdraft fee. County Line's response?..... Well that's what we had written down. Bottom line, if you are out of your mind desperate to go there, take a mechanic with you. My suggestion is to go somewhere else.

The biggest issue is the water damage due to an undisclosed accident. It was Greg's personal travel trailer that he sold on the Vic Jenkins Automotive lot. When asked for the Car Fax Report I was told it was only for cars and not travel trailers. I should have known this guy was shady. Do yourself a favor and avoid Vic Jenkins Automotive.
