Hired a car from them over 10 times now. So far so good! Just hoping they will extend their…read morebusiness area to the city or at least Tower Hamlets. The free registration and free minutes lured me in. It's nice at times you need a car to move things around or drive 5 of you to a destination. The price is slightly cheaper than a cab you order from your smartphone but as someone who likes to drive, this beats calling a cab. The choice of a BMW 1 series, Mini Countryman and soon to come BMW i3, hiring a car from them is quite fun. After receiving your card, all you have to do is place it on top of the reader on the front windshield and wait for it to unlock. Get in the car, put your pin in and drive away. Parking and fuel is free!

I would give no stars if possible due to the very worst customer service. I had 2 major problems…read morethat I have called and emailed multiple times over several days but no one has helped or answered my concerns. Firstly there are petrol stations which do not accept the payment card they supply; secondly you are apparently charged when the car is unlocked and stationary, even if it is in a private garage! To add insult to injury we have been charged £204 to rent a dirty, dusty Mini for 27 hours which puts this in the category of a scam. Certainly it is not clear and transparent nor easy to calculate what the final cost will be when you book the car for anything longer than a 15 minute run. Not only is the technology that underpins this service immature, so is the customer service. I am extremely unsatisfied and would not use Drive Now again. I cannot recommend this service to anyone and will be actively doing the opposite!
