The one or two people who are in the offices off the entry are busy with book work and do not always greet everyone immediately. I contacted the wire department before they closed, and nobody was willing to go the extra mile to correct their error. I was told I would just have to wait until the next day, since they "don't do anything" after 4pm. Disappointing. In contrast, the lady I was speaking with at my bank UFCU in Austin impressed me.
