The staff were so friendly and welcoming and made me feel at home. The Medical Assistant explained each step along the way and was personable. The made me feel comfortable and provided some great advice. This welcoming vibe continued with Dr. Aarons, who again explained every step, was super real and kind and made my visit about me and not about themselves. Dr. Aarons wanted to hear about my experience and how he could help. And he really helped! I now know my next steps with not only the foods I need to watch but the plants and trees I need to look out for due to my allergies. He explained that I won't be able to avoid everything, but the awareness is important and to do as much as I can. I will be back in the springtime.

After several weeks I finally got in contact with them again - a gentleman named Srini - and was told I had an outstanding balance of almost $200, which I had never been notified of. After explaining I had no knowledge of this, but would be willing to pay, I was told they would take me to court. After attempting to call several times after, my partner was finally able to get through (they wouldn't answer from my number). They informed her that they had the wrong address on file (but had our phone number and email, just never used it). After the payment was completed my partner confirmed we would not "be seeing them in court" as they had threatened. Srini proceeded to tell my partner that I was a child and needed to grow up. He also informed my partner that he had "been doing this for a long time and isn't worried" that we were upset. He proceeded to tell my partner that I was childish and in the wrong (I understandably had gotten upset after being told we were going to court or collections over an amount I was trying to pay). Don't waste your money here. They simply want money and have no concept of customer service.

According to the American Academy of Allergy Asthma & Immunology allergy immunotherapy is not recommended for those taking beta blockers. He has been taking them for over 10 years, and they were included on the medicine list provided Dr. Deogun on the first and subsequent visits. He was never told there was an extra risk for having allergy shots while taking a beta blocker, as he would never have agreed to the treatment.

I had my files (and viles) transferred from another office and it was relatively a smooth transition. The doctors here are very nice and professional. The most annoying thing about immunotherapy is the beginning build-up process to maintenance when you have to actually schedule appointments and see the doctor after receiving shots - but once you get to maintenance and can just roll in, get your shot, wait 30minutes and leave, it's great to hang out with dogs in the grass again! :) My only qualm is that this office requires you to purchase an EpiPen (about $200+ these days!) and my other office did not. Also their schedule is kind of weird! Make sure you get a monthly paper schedule and sign up for emails and texts because they tend to close the office & shot clinic on random days.

Usually before spring even thinks about happening I'm taking allergy pills and benadryl constantly. For the first time ever, I'm able to be outside with my husband is cutting grass. I'm not having to hide indoors for months. The nurses that give the shots are GREAT! They're always friendly and prompt. Also, they use a different needle to pull from the serum than they do for the injection, which helps with skin contamination, so you don't itch as much later. The front desk staff is amazing. Lana knows every single person by name. Its so nice to be greeted and treated like you're friends instead of patients. I've only seen the doctors themselves twice (once for the initial consultation, and once for a checkup), which honestly is great for keeping costs down. I'm trying to talk everyone I know into getting allergy immunotherapy. Probably one of the best health decisions I've made!
