After visiting this location twice for asthma treatment I was still not having any help with my…read moresymptoms. I attempted to make another appointment to no avail. After several weeks I finally got in contact with them again - a gentleman named Srini - and was told I had an outstanding balance of almost $200, which I had never been notified of. After explaining I had no knowledge of this, but would be willing to pay, I was told they would take me to court. After attempting to call several times after, my partner was finally able to get through (they wouldn't answer from my number). They informed her that they had the wrong address on file (but had our phone number and email, just never used it). After the payment was completed my partner confirmed we would not "be seeing them in court" as they had threatened. Srini proceeded to tell my partner that I was a child and needed to grow up. He also informed my partner that he had "been doing this for a long time and isn't worried" that we were upset. He proceeded to tell my partner that I was childish and in the wrong (I understandably had gotten upset after being told we were going to court or collections over an amount I was trying to pay). Don't waste your money here. They simply want money and have no concept of customer service.

After giving my husband allergy shots for 3 years we found out that he should NEVER have been given…read moreallergy shots. According to the American Academy of Allergy Asthma & Immunology allergy immunotherapy is not recommended for those taking beta blockers. He has been taking them for over 10 years, and they were included on the medicine list provided Dr. Deogun on the first and subsequent visits. He was never told there was an extra risk for having allergy shots while taking a beta blocker, as he would never have agreed to the treatment.

I've been going through immunotherapy for almost 1 year now for my allergies to grasses, trees,…read moredogs, cats (basically everything wonderful in the world!) and have been at this Cary location for about 8 of those months since moving to the area. I had my files (and viles) transferred from another office and it was relatively a smooth transition. The doctors here are very nice and professional. The most annoying thing about immunotherapy is the beginning build-up process to maintenance when you have to actually schedule appointments and see the doctor after receiving shots - but once you get to maintenance and can just roll in, get your shot, wait 30minutes and leave, it's great to hang out with dogs in the grass again! :) My only qualm is that this office requires you to purchase an EpiPen (about $200+ these days!) and my other office did not. Also their schedule is kind of weird! Make sure you get a monthly paper schedule and sign up for emails and texts because they tend to close the office & shot clinic on random days.

I told her I had already tried an antibiotic and Ibuprofen with no relief. The next day the pain worsened and I could not function. It was throbbing like crazy continuously the entire day no matter what pain killers I tried. I tried calling but you never reach a person and have to keep a voicemail. I requested the PA to check on the ear swabs she had taken (to see if it grew anything) and send me antifungal drops as the oral antibiotic tabs, prednisone and antibiotic drops were not helping (Please check my voice mail). I waited the whole day and finally somebody else called at 5:12 pm asking me to call back. I called back and it went to answering service and they asked me to go to ER if I was in severe pain. The woman told me that they are not allowed to consider it an emergency and contact the on-call doctor as I had not had surgery in the last 10 days. She told me they cannot do anything and I can go to ER or call the next day. I had already called that day and the PA never answered. This is horrible customer service. I am a medical provider myself and we never go home without answering every call we get that day. This is complete negligence and totally unacceptable patient care. I will never recommend this practice to anybody else in the future.

Let me first state that I have asthma and have been to allergy doctors since I was five. I know a…read moregood allergy doctor. Low and behold my two year old is allergic to peanuts. We moved here from Seattle and looking for a new allergy doctor - this is not it. The practice is too small. Overbook patients. Our appointment was at 9:45 and yet we still waited over 30 minutes just to be seen by the nurse (not fun with a 2 year old). They performed the allergy test on his back with apparently NOT fresh samples - I asked Dr. Judge about potential for strawberries since we are starting to see rash around his mouth when he eats it. His response - If I were to have brought in a FRESH strawberry, they would test it for me and it would give a different response. Yeah, I'll bring my own samples. At the end of the test, NO ONE took the time to wipe all the serum off my little guy's back - I had to do it myself. When I made the offside remark that I'm familiar with this because of my own apple allergy, Dr. Judge went off for 5 minutes telling me about my allergy. Yeah, I know, I've had it for awhile - I'm here for my child. I brought my own medical records from our previous doctor and had to wait an additional 15 minutes to remind them that I wanted my copies back (and for them to make copies) - again, super fun with a 2 year old. I asked to send in a prescription for the Epipen to our local pharmacy - dropped the ball on that one too as it's now 6 days later and Walgreens still doesn't have it. Might be good for adult allergy doctor, but steer clear with your children.
