After getting several estimates, we called IM Landscaping and spoke to Freddy. He was able to come to our home and give us an estimate to do the work, which was fair and reasonable. Freddy and his team arrived early the next morning. I loved the fact that they were very thorough in removing the weeds, digging deep to get the root balls out. After that, they power washed the entire patio, even behind the condenser. Everything was so fresh and clean!! Due to the rain forecast, Freddy thought it best to make sure the stones were thoroughly dry before he installed the sand. He returned the following week and completed the work. Several neighbors immediately commented on how nice our patio looks. We're sorry that we didn't take before and after pictures to post. Do not hesitate to give IM Landscaping & Masonry a call. Stephanie once accused me of not paying for a month of service that I had indeed paid for. And after paying every prior invoice this company had ever sent me I received a text from Stephanie at 7:30am saying that if I don't pay them, they will send me to collections. I immediately looked into it, and the invoice in question was only 13 days overdue. I had not received one friendly personal reminder from them. I called her and asked that an owner call me back and she assured me someone would. I have texted several times since asking for a return call and nobody will respond to me. My husband had to go outside and ask your workers to do better weed trimming, as they were leaving weeds in the yard that looked sloppy. I also contacted Stephanie with complaints on two separate occasions- after my initial seeding, and as soon as you came to mow my lawn after seeding the second time. I have texted, emailed, and reached out on social media and you are all actively avoiding responding to me. I'll definitely be spreading the word about my experience with NK.

Snow removal is adequate, but their business practices are completely inconsiderate of the residents. They operate at the most disruptive times with no regard for the community. Snow removal happens in the middle of the night, keeping the entire neighborhood awake with deafening plows, trucks, and workers yelling back and forth and many times is scheduled during the exact time children are trying to board school buses, creating chaos and safety concerns. Their attitude is one of complete disregard for the people who actually live in the area. It's as if they expect residents to adjust their lives around the company's convenience, rather than the other way around. They don't care how much they disturb people, and it shows. Until they learn to respect the community, I would not recommend them.
