I remember thinking I would have to pay hundreds to have a tree trimmed or cut and he would explain why trimming at this stage would hurt the tree. Imagine a guy talking himself out of making a fee! Allen's took a tree down in my yard today that was splitting and in danger of falling down. They showed up with top notch equipment and their crew worked as a team to cut the tree down and chip the wood quickly. I have dealt with other tree companies in the past and they always charged one price for cutting the tree down, and grinding the stump and/or carting the wood away cost extra. Allen's gave me one no-nonsense price to do the complete job and I am more than happy with their work. We used Allen's to remove three large trees, prune several large trees and heavily prune a large 80 foot oak tree in our backyard. Allen's team - all pros- worked diligently for 8+ hours, as they brought in heavy equipment and did an outstanding job at a reasonable cost. They then did a full cleanup, including removing the three tree stumps completely (exposed stumps attract chip munks) and re-installing our backyard fence (the fence had to be taken down to allow entry and exit for their crane to the backyard.) I have used Allen several times. He is extremely prompt in responding to tree damage after significant storms, his work is professional, it is completed very fast, and his prices are reasonable. Most recently, 2 trees fell on my property during Storm Quinn in March 2018. Neither tree presented an emergency. I texted Allen and he was at my house the next day before the electricity had come back on. He surveyed the trees, gave me a price and after I asked him to remove them, he had a crew at my house within a few hours. I was amazed. He is professional and a very nice man to boot. read more

We are condo owners, and have little input as to how the association decides landscaping needs and wants. After renting for 3 years, we recently closed on a condo in our community. We noticed our foundation cracked on the front porch. 3 months later and we no longer have an intrusive tree pushing up ur foundation. The team has done much work in this community. They are quick, clean, percise, knowledgeable and friendly. They truly care about their skills and their job preformance. We had a tall, dead tree taken down near our rental unit within 1 hour. This is from setup, stump removal and cleanup. The tree at our current home took almost 3hours to setup, remove stump, and clean up. They are always careful to board up windows or doors while working. We were given notice 1 week in advance as he walked around and explained to us and other owners why the tree must go. He is friendly and also offered suggestions as to what replacements work best in the space. The team carefully cleared around the area any furniture and decor that was not moved. They implemented the process in a very busy driveway and did not block traffic at all. They then cleaned up and replaced any items moved. The only way you would know a tree was there is because of the fresh wood choppings mixed in with the soil at the removal site. I highly recommend this company. Great job! read more
