They also charged me a week later for $300 worth of grape gazebos that were sent by mistake. I had them picked up by UPS but a week later, Feb,2024 they charged me for them again and had them enroute fromTennessee. It's now August so they must be walking them here. We checked the breakers etc and called GE Service who was NOT OPEN today. We called Garrisons and spoke with WES. He gave us several suggestions as to what to check, no luck. Later today he came out to our home and checked the 240-line, plug, timer settings, and finally opened up the dryer to find the heating WIRE had come loose and no longer attached. Wes reattached the wire and reassembled the dryer. It now once again works like a charm and as expected. You will NOT get this kind of service at any BIG BOX store and once again KUDOS to Garrisons They are local give not only great service but outstanding customer service.. something we will always pay for and support local businesses. Not only is Garrison's price substantially less, they don't charge for delivery. This is a no brainer. Shop a small local business and save money.
