The parts I had left I attempted to return to the store . But since the items were not on my Pro card and I didn't have a receipt they refused to give me even store credit . I appealed to two different "managers" and all said it's a Lowe's policy and they Can't even give me store credit . Store credit is all I expected and as a Customer that has spent a lot here in the last few months and when this has happened to Me at Home Depot they give me store credit . It's a poor policy and should be reviewed. I over buy on everything so I don't have to come back for one little thing and slow down the job. Then at the end of the job I return the leftover items. Which is a time saver on the job and a practice I will continue. I'll just be doing it at Home Depot from now on. Also I got all my appliances here and it took not one or two but three lg dryers before I got one that wasn't dented. Save yourself the trouble and buy elsewhere

I was told that they could do nothing because it had been over 48 hours and their police was no returns after 48 hours on appliances. They gave me the number for Whirlpool. I called Whirlpool and they said they didn't replace warranty was parts and labor only. They sent a repair person and the Compressor had leaked all the fluid out and was not working properly, They say the part is backordered. I will be reviewing Whirlpool also. As I was leaving, this woman walked out and began explaining to me the details between the different types and brands and showed me several units. She was great and she was very knowledgeable of each one. They even have a person on the site that has been repairing and refurbishing washers and dryer's for almost 30 years. He was very nice and he knew his work. I purchased a dryer "That day" and it was delivered "That Day". I didn't even spend what thought I would spend. There was a delivery fee but overall, we have a great dryer, it gets nice and hot, it drys quick, and I am completely satisfied with my purchase. It works like brand new. I definitely recommend going here! Oh and in case you're wondering about how long ago I purchased our dryer; it's been almost two months and it still works great!

Accordingly, I gave A Plus Appliance detailed info about the problem with parts but they assured me they had access to the parts needed before I paid them $189 to come diagnose the oven. Long story short, they said they had the parts and quoted me $1200. I called them several times to confirm they had the parts and breakdown the parts Vs labor. After a few calls, they told me they didn't have the parts after all. I complained and they said the owner would call, the manager did. After trying to say I must have called the wrong company and that's why I didn't get a call back (whatever that's not the point anyway), the manager now said they did have the parts but couldn't warrant them and didn't recommend doing the repair.
