I took back for a third time to show them the needle was going up and down while winding bobbin and it never had done that in the past plus the bobbin would pause in the middle of winding. They shrugged it off and said basically like that was the way it was suppose to do. So now six months later the bobbin winding has totally quit winding. They don't know what they are doing and don't want to listen to the problem.

I appealed to two different "managers" and all said it's a Lowe's policy and they Can't even give me store credit . Store credit is all I expected and as a Customer that has spent a lot here in the last few months and when this has happened to Me at Home Depot they give me store credit . It's a poor policy and should be reviewed. I over buy on everything so I don't have to come back for one little thing and slow down the job. Then at the end of the job I return the leftover items. Which is a time saver on the job and a practice I will continue. I'll just be doing it at Home Depot from now on. Also I got all my appliances here and it took not one or two but three lg dryers before I got one that wasn't dented. Save yourself the trouble and buy elsewhere

I noticed both associates were involved with personal phone calls and I was the only customer in the store. One finally assisted me as I was trying to pick out furniture for a new home which was difficult since I did not know exact measurements. This was a very expensive investment and I wasn't going to just walk in and select everything in 10 minutes which is exactly what I think they wanted me to do. They could not answer simple basic questions about furniture and i had to ask everything. They provided no information willingly despite me telling them exactly what I wanted. Even Items such as a desk seemed beyond their knowledge. They showed me 1 and said it was the only one they had but walking the store, I found several they apparently did not know was on the floor. The preoccupied couple finally vanished altogether and I had to go looking for them to let them know I appreciated whatever time they begrudgingly spent with me. Again, they were rude and dismissive. I was ready to spend in excess of 20 grand. Too bad for them and I hope they work on commission because I have met more competent and professional garbage men. No insult intended to garbage men as they do a great service which cannot be said for the staff at badcock. Oh, I wonder if it was the fact i was paying cash/charge. They seemed really disappointed that I refused financing. Perhaps that's the customers that make them more??? I feel badly for those who finance since I'm sure the interest rates are over the moon as I kept seeing NO Credit turned down signs. They are so nice to you the day you're purchasing everything and make it sound so great-they got my monthly payments to $130 which is where I needed it to be. I got the couch in March and have made payments of $130 each month--so 9 months of payments, for a total of $1,170. My balance is still at $1100! Its just a basic couch, nothing special, not even a living room set with tables and all...only a couch. At the end I'm going to end up paying over $2000 for a couch because of the high interest....definitely not worth it!! Not to mention ONE month out of the past 9 I was a couple of days late because of the way my paycheck fell. They started calling the day after it was due on a Tuesday and I told them I would not be able to pay until Friday...4 days late..this was not acceptable and they called EVERY SINGLE DAY until I made a payment Friday. I could understand if I was over 15 days late, but 4 days late and you're blowing my phone up twice a day when I spoke to a representative on Tuesday to say I would be paying Friday? That is just ridiculous! A few of the employees are rude and unprofessional. I will NEVER do business here again.

When asked about this, your Customer Service representative, said he didn't agree with it at all and really advised us to go to Lowes. So because of this experience, we won't be shopping at Home Depot anymore because the service is unsatisfactory and the only way you can improve is to spend a little money and paying the people to uninstall the microwave before they install the new one because you know what you're losing a lot of business because your sales team is telling them to go to Lowes And he doesn't agree with your policy. So that's the way you can do that but we won't be shopping there anymore so it doesn't make any difference whether you do it or not.
