over 50% washers and dryers out of order. pretty expensive for what you get.... Used to be better than this- what happened???

If I could put zero stars, I would. Out of all of the washing machines this place has, a solid 1/5 of them are actually working. The place is covered in mold, it doesn't look as though it had EVER been swept or mopped. There is literally mold in the detergent dispersers. This place truly needs a face lift. Once that happens, they can replace the lazy attendant. She was actually sweeping as we left but that wasn't before there were at least 30 dryer sheets on the floor, random pieces of garbage, a stray sock, garbage bags full of trash waiting to be taken to the dumpster or something? If she's the owner that is inexcusable. But if she is the manager, then it is inexcusable that the owner doesn't hire a new manager. You have to go to a central machine to purchase cards for the appliances as they do not take coins. Don't overload your card because there are no refunds. read more

I used them before and had great service. This time I dropped off a comforter, and my boyfriend picked it up for me. When he got home I realized it was the wrong one, at which point I immediately called them to point out the mistake. I'm visually impaired and asked them if they could deliver it, as my boyfriend left for business the following day and I'm unable to safely drive by myself. Today I received a nasty call from the owner saying I was rude to her worker (I wasn't) and implied that I intentionally stole the comforter, and demanded that I return the comforter immediately even though I explained I cannot drive myself. I was shocked because in the past they've been so polite. How does an innocent mistake on their part become a reason to threaten their customers? I felt unsafe and now don't even want to return. We recently had a house fire and our clothes needed to be washed just to be freshened up. We dropped off about 17 pounds of a variety of clothes for them to be washed and dried. All were completed in about 2 days. The dress shirts were on hangers and other clothes were nicely folded and placed neatly into bags. I could not have asked for better service and the staff were very nice. We were very pleased with the service. read more

I come here every two weeks. The staff is always super friendly, attentive, and the place is clean enough (a man is always always always sweeping around), but it really needs some repair work. They tore out two nightmare seating booths but the entire place needs a renovation. I come here because it is safer than the other laundromats in town and 24 hours but the way the inside looks, I wouldn't step inside after dark hence why I go early AM. There are many different sized washers that range from $3-6 for a load and it's about .50 to dry clothes for ten minutes (usually takes two or three rounds of that). The place is not card or change friendly, bring cash and your own detergent. I'm in and out in about an hour and it costs me personally $6-7 depending on how long I need to dry my loads. read more

I rate this laundry mat less than 0 but unable. The counter girl charged my debit card $1,100 instead of $11. This wiped out my checking account and it will take up to 8 days for refund. Would not Comp my services for inconvenience. The washers have mold and most machines are old and broken. BEWARE !! read more

Dirty folding tables and the machine took my $20 and did not add it to my card. There is nobody here to help me and I need my $. I will never come back to this place and I suggest you find somewhere else to go to do your laundry. read more

You have to put your money in a machine and it pops out a card that you have to swipe at the washer and dryers before they will start. Had a variety of washers of every size and had a good selection of dryers as well. Has a self serve or you can drop your clothes off for employees to wash. I was gonna drop my comforter off to be washed and come back and get it but it was cheaper to do it myself then for them. Has a little BBQ restaurant attached to it as well (forgot what it was called). Me and my daughter shared a pork quesadilla it was really tasty. read more
