Dishonest by omission! I had 2 short jackets that were to be ready Wednesday, after 5pm. I was there to pick-up after 5p. One was ready one was not, it would be ready Thursday. Thursday, another trip to to cleaners and jacket not ready. Friday, sent hubby to pick up jackets! Still not ready! When he came home empty handed, that was it! We drove 50 miles total back and forth in these 3 days!!!! A button had come off during cleaning and they knew that on Wednesday but lied by not telling me the truth! very unsatisfied! terrible customer service, If I could give zero stars I would! I wasn't pleased at all when I picked up and saw my receipt with the pricing. the pricing was very different, but the items cleaned were all the same( button up shirts) and a skirt. they could not explain there own pricing. Also, had to wait in line for about 20 min, only to tell me they were having CC machine problems.my advise, Just take your clothing somewhere else. read more

Horrible company and services were not rendered,they lost my sons two wool coats.They told me they would look for them and call me back they did not and I needed them to get them to my son in Atlanta while I was in town from Florida.Needless to say the coats didn't make it to my son because they lied and never looked for them or called me services were not rendered.Levi and his staff cost me money,time, mileage and fuel.He was horrible I will post how horrible they are on every site there is.There should be negative stars they deserve it. read more

J Carl Cleaners is now 0/2 in customer service for me. The first time I dropped off my suit to be cleaned they told me it would be ready in time before the holidays when they closed, but they didn't finish in time. No big deal just wore another suit. The latest incident however is inexcusable. Dropped off another suit to be dry cleaned and this time they were very quick, but the next day when I removed my suit from the wrap there was a giant obvious rip in my pants. It was my favorite suit and they ruined it without apologizing. I don't care about the rip so much as the fact they thought it was okay to go ahead and charge me for the service and not mention the rip and not apologize for destroying my pants. The whole operation comes across very amateurish as it seems it's completely staffed by scattered high school students. read more

Something is wrong recently. I love this cleaners, they used to have some consistency with pricing and clothing comes out very clean. Now, shirt collars are hit or miss, pants seems to be ironed by an unmanned machine. Prices however is a whole other story. Last time I was there they charged me 2.30 and 4.60 for two identical brand, material, cut, and design shirts. The only thing that was different was the color. I am really considering taking my business elsewhere. I mean to charge this kind of money for this kind of service, they need to get there act together. read more

I had a sequined dress cleaned there and they lost some of the sequins off it and ruined the sheen whenever they pressed it. All that they could say about it was: "this is to be expected sometime". That is all that was done about it. They also did not wash and press a pair of pants that I sent there. They came back dirty without being pressed at all and had dirt on them. Months later, I got really brave and took some curtains out there. They shredded a silk window scarf to pieces. The curtains smelled of urine and others weren't cleaned at all. Needless to say this cleaners is the worst! I've never been treated this way by my cleaners in the past. My old cleaners in another town was always going over and beyond. read more

Did not starch my husbands welding shirts like I wanted, I told them to put as much starch as they could to make them stiff, felt like they didn't have any starch to them. Plus the girl at the counter miss counted my order, she said I had 28, when I picked them up I only had 26, the guy at the counter said that she miss counted because he counts them his self and he's never wrong. so if we had 2 more shirts or not we will never know, let's just say I count myself now. I dropped my clothes off on a Monday, the girl at the counter said my clothes would be back next Wednesday and they would text me when they was done. She lied, the was done in 2 days, my husband noticed it on the ticket they gave us that it was that coming Wednesday not the Wednesday after, and I didn't get a text saying they was done, we got there 5 minutes before they were closing too. BEWARE!! Or I should say do not visit this dry cleaners if you expect to receive ALL of your clothing back. I am a school teacher and took 6 competition jackets to have them dry cleaned. The girl gave me a receipt that stated I had six jackets. Went to pick them up and there were only 5. I told them one was missing and they said the manager would call me. He denied that there were 6 jackets even though I had a receipt that stated I had 6. Basically said that I was wrong - absolutely no customer service skills. A few days later I receive a call from someone else and she told me that the video clearly showed only 5 jackets were counted. What she didn't know was that I already seen the video and that was a bold lie on her part. I told her that I had a receipt that stated I gave them 6 jackets and she told me that the video never showed the girl giving me the receipt (did she just call me a liar?). I still have the receipt and besides that, why would I lie about the jackets? They are not mine, they belong to the school. So it's not like I'm trying to get new clothes or money from them. I just need the jacket for my students. I went to my doctor's office and was talking to the nurse there and she said they lost her skirt too. All I can say is BEWARE if you value your clothes!!! read more
