Dress shirts had patterns of wrinkles, like they were hurried through the process. My wife also had a white blouse returned with a permanent ink spot on it. Would not recommend this business. Try one of the other cleaners in town. read more

I took some expensive equestrian riding suits here to have them cleaned and altered.. I told them to let one pair OUT. Instead they took a complete OPPOSITE pair of pants and took them IN. When I took both pairs of pants back, and told them to fix it, they put one measly little stitch in it, and charged me $40 to fox THEIR mistake. Don't waste your money at this awful business. read more

I brought a quilt that my dog had thrown up on and they refused to clean it without offering any reason. I've brought similar items in before with the same issue and they've always cleaned them so I don't know what the problem was now. I won't be going back here again. read more

Terrible customer service! I will not return to this place…read more I used 4 washers, sat in the car until loads were done. One washer left my clothes completely dry. I mentioned to the guy onsite and he was not concerned. Told me I should have said something before my wash was competed. WTH! I expected my $4.50 back. I ended up spending another $4.50 in a different washer because I had still had clothes to dry. On top of that, he did not place a "out of order" sign on it. The people that come to these places are very humble and appreciate the service provided including myself but when it comes to getting a refund which is not entirely the customers fault due to machines not fully working properly. It would be nice to be seen as a person that appreciates the laundry. The person I talked to lacked the common courtesy and compassion that all human beings should naturally have. As a teacher and parent I believe kindness and compassion should always be taught at and early age. I guess some people learn differently. What I learned today was that not everyone is here to serve their higher purpose. But I'd like to thank Laundry Express for allowing me to use your facility. I trust that the one who own the facility appreciate the people who use the laundry mat and not take advantage of people who just needs to use the machines to clean and wash their clothes.
