I'm disappointed in my v light treatment. It's already falling out and I've only been using the brush they recommended I use. I'm concerned for my hair and for the price tag - it wasn't worth it. I don't think the team is bad or not knowledgeable but this just went left for me. And an update to this: every time I use the brush my extensions and hair falls out. read more

Brianna burned my hair. It was literally breaking off. Awful experience Awful they way they treated me I travel for a living the first time I went somewhere other than my regular stylist in 23 years and it was an extremely awful experience Brianna & Dan & his wife (owners) weRe absolutely awful to me No accountability for their wrong doing Brianna tried saying my hair was like that when I came in It absolutely was not! My hair was literally breaking off from the PARTIAL highlights DO NOT Patronize this salon if you like healthy hair. Then they kicked me out because I used the "f" word three times referring to my hair not them. I was upset beyond upset Then the female owner (getting some kind of plastic surgery in December) when starting a "treatment" squirted it all over me and my clothes and said -- it's ok it doesn't stain Awful service, awful people! They do not know what they are doing here -- BEWARE Des Moines! Stylist I had was decent but owner sits around in the stylist chairs playing with his phone and yelling at siri about the music playing overhead. He needs to visit an upscale salon to see what professionalism looks like than maybe he wouldn't have to change the name of the salon to reinvent itself. This salon is a gem in the East Village. It is a husband/wife owners salon and both of them are professional stylists. Mr. Dan is the most intentional stylist I have ever experienced.
