They don't stay open all the time, they appear to close between appointments. This has it's good and bad points. It is in old town Norwalk which really wouldn't be busy with walk in traffic, so I can see the advantage to closing up shop if you don't have appointments already set. The ladies were done in just about an hour. I was pretty impressed that it was a lot shorter then I imagined it would be. The prices were reasonable and it didn't feel as empty as it looked from outside. The woman who took care of them was personable and professional and they both came out looking spiffy.

I went in…read moreand wanted an inch of my hair with some layers (not short I told her) I have natural curly hair so a little cut goes a long way. I left and didn't know weather to cry or scream. She cut at least 4 inches off to give me my layers. It is way too short all over. I called in and spoke to the manager and explained what had happened and that my hairstylist name was Kim. All I got was sorry to hear that.....then silence. If you have curls beware of people who don't know how to cut them.

I would recommend her by name here, but I do not want to single her out publicly, you should come here and get your haircut to see if you like it (If you do, then you probably got the haircut from the right hairdresser) The price is great here, very affordable. There are some days where they are absolutely swamped and other days there is no one inside but you and all the staff. Overall, the experience is great and that's why I keep coming back.
