The station for our lesson.

It's nice to do this at my own pace. Everything worked well. They forgot to email me my access code and luckily I read that I needed one and asked, and they emailed me right away. The room is warm but there's a fan here. As soon as I was getting ready to go out, I saw the thermostat near the front door. So, don't be like me and switch on the A/C.

We did the self-directed American Red Cross BLS Session. I would 100% recommend this course for anyone looking to get BLS/CPR/AED/First Aid certified. The course includes a 2 hour online portion and a hour in-person session. Please note NO INSTRUCTOR IS PRESENT however you do have a training tablet that guides and tests your proficiency. This was such a simple and effective certification program for anyone looking for a course but wants something that is flexible since it's not based on instructor availability! I will definitely be coming back for my recertification and will be recommending this course to others *** I would also like to note, please read the email and program site instructions thoroughly for how-to instructions but if you have any questions they do have a "call support" line that is there to assist!

I really appreciate the support I received from a gentleman here. I signed up for the self directed course and I have been re certified 7 different times and this was the most frustrating. However the gentleman made it go smoothly and answered my questions and gave me feedback to support improving the skills I needed to. Thank you all CPR!

The test station

This place was great! I was in and out in 40 min. If you do the first part online the in person test is easy. It was all self paced and the ipad that was guiding you was a great help

Very easy and simple to help learn! I passed and the staff is here if anything is needed. The test is solo with a timer, and you're given enough time to complete the assessment. Very clean and hygienic!

Very informative and provided real life scenarios and more info than the online course. Great instructor!

I would highly recommend CPR & More if you need a CPR certification. I'm already thinking that I…read morewill be back here in two years for a recertification. I need to take an in person class for my job, and the blended CPR/First Aid class was the perfect option in these COVID times. The bulk of the learning is done online. The online portion is completed at your own pace before the start of the class. It doesn't take much time, maybe 2-3 hours if you really power through it. It consists of videos and "missions" that you need to complete. If you have taken CPR before, it is great review. The in person class covers the hands on stuff that can't be done online. For instance: practicing chest compressions, Heimlich maneuver , bandaging, and AED use. The class takes about 1.5 - 2 hours depending on the size of your class. Gabby was an awesome instructor who explained everything well. She kept the class engaged by asking us questions the entire time, and really made sure we understood everything before we finished the course. The certification card was sent out via email within a couple hours of finishing. Gabby also did a great job keeping everything safe with respect to COVID. Class sizes are limited. Chairs were six feet apart. She wore a mask the entire time she taught. The door was kept open the entire time for proper airflow. We each used our own mannequins, and didn't share any materials with others in the class. I've taken CPR classes every 1-2 years since 2007. Some classes covered way too much information (or the instructor would go off topic), and some classes were too "chill" with not enough teaching. This class at CPR and more was very professional, very informative, and very efficient!

Gabby made the class go by quickly. She's upbeat, has a sense of humor and explains concepts…read moreclearly and concisely. We had about 12 people in our class, most of them taking the class as a requirement for their job (like me, too). We powered through all of the modules without breaks (we all agreed on this, of course) and were done an hour earlier! It will take you half a day to complete the course. You will do exercises (wrapping a bandage, CPR, AED operation and more tasks) but there is no written test for certification, just participation. My colleague and I walked out feeling more confident and equipped to handle situations that could arise at work (we deal with the public when we are open, so it is a requirement on our employer to take the class). I will sign up again when I have to re-certify in two years with this company.
