Tyler is awesome. Super friendly, makes you feel comfortable and answers all questions. I renew every time with him. Quick and painless process. And they have later classes in the evening too so you can go after work. read more

Great place, friendly and helpful. Tyler is very nice and professional, I highly recommended this place. This is my third time obtaining my certification here. And I know won't be the last time. read more

I was trying to schedule a CPR certification course for employees within the company I work for, & trying to get a response from this company was like pulling teeth. We agreed to a Friday class, and it is now the day before we were supposed to have employees go out to take the course, & nothing was ever confirmed. I understand that sometimes getting through our emails take time, however I got one response a day, with the initial reach out having been over a week ago, and no real answers. This was incredibly frustrating. read more

I initially found AHA from my previous job requirement and all the reasons why I recently came back to renew my BLS/CPR with Tyler. Much like two years ago, Tyler's assistance with my understanding of BLS with infants and adults has been an effective one. Tyler is concise and very engaged with the class. I was actually hesitant renewing my card this year due to current health crisis, but Tyler's class made it a bearable one--social distancing was enforced in the small group of 6 students, sanitizer and sink with ample soap and disposable towels were provided. Dummies used were also wiped down after each use. Most importantly, the online portion used this year was an improvement (compared to the confusing Sims program used year prior). Thank you Tyler and organization for making learning fun again! read more

This in-person CPR training was infinitively better than being shouted out at by a computer for 45 minutes! I would 10/10 recommend signing up for CPR certification or recertification with Tyler since he keeps the vibe lighthearted and fun. Booking a training session online and finding the site location were both easy. If you're doing BLS certification, it's $34.00 for the American Heart Association online training and $100 for the certification. read more

Great instructor! Been coming for years now and will keep coming in the future. Thanks

I had my BLS recertification class last night with Tyler and he was amazing !! He is extremely thorough and takes the time to answer all of your questions. He also has a great sense of humor which made the class fun and put our nerves at ease. I would definitely recommend him and will do my recertification with him in 2 years. Thanks again Tyler! read more

I was little nervous about the class since I never had an CPR education before other than the online class. But the class was very welcoming and went over every important points so that I could understand the materials clearly and build enough confidence. read more

This was a really great experience, I didn't expect to come home buzzing from the training. The communication is great, you get confirmations, reminders, and I got my card quickly. It is such a wonderful option to have the hybrid approach. I took the online portion at my own pace around my work schedule. The in-person class was a smaller and I was able to get my questions answered and feel good about practicing. Tyler was so patient with questions and is a wealth of information. You will feel educated and empowered after this training. read more

Great option for renewal, efficient process. Easy to enroll, good communication. Modern mannequins with lights that show whether compressions are sufficient in speed and depth. Tyler tailors his training to the skill level of his students and offers interesting information, stories, and rationale behind why we provide CPR/BLS in the way we do. Be aware there is a small fee for credit card payments, so I recommend bringing cash or check if you wish to avoid that. read more

Tyler, the instructor, was very helpful in providing a thorough review of CPR-AED steps and having us practice on a professional CPR manikin. Class size was small so that felt safe in regards to COVID and expedited the process. I have certified and recertified a total of 3 times with Tyler and will do so again in another 2 years. read more

My experience with Tyler was great! This was my 2nd time renewing my BLS with First Support and I found the experience to be even better than the last time, which was also great. I scheduled my appointment through the American Heart Association website, and less than 24 hours later I was confirmed for the class. They have added a texting service which helped with reminders and they actually were able to get me into an earlier class, which worked out great. As an instructor, Tyler is awesome. He covers the skills check-off in a way that is comprehensive but also tailored to your professional skill level, which is really appreciated. I can't recommend First Support enough. read more

Had my BLS skill check with Tyler! Tyler was very professional and straight to the point, but still very detailed and informative. I was in and out of the facility in a timely matter, and Tyler made the class fun and very interactive! I left the building with everything I need to know, and this skill check was honestly a hundred times better than the online module. The facility was clean and well-maintained, plenty of parking available, and a hand sanitizer and hand washing station were both available. I highly recommend taking the BLS skills class with Tyler! read more

I had a great experience here. It was easy to schedule get info and set everything up. Class was informational and moved along in a timely manner. Thank you till next time read more

Tyler is a knowledgeable and friendly instructor who is thorough and puts participants at ease while taking the class. The online format is easy to complete and the communication is great. This class is a very convenient option for those who need a BLS card quickly. Highly recommend and I will be coming back in 2 years! read more

I took the online course then got my certification here, and I would definitely recommend Tyler as an instructor! I had to change my session a couple of times, but Tyler was super understanding and accommodating. About half an hour before my session, Tyler called to remind me about my appointment and ask if I needed further directions to find the location. This class shares the same entrance with another office, but there are signs to help you navigate your way here. There was only one other student and myself, and Tyler was extremely patient and covered all the basics with us thoroughly. The session didn't take long and ran very smoothly. I'll definitely come back here when I need to renew my certification! read more

Efficient and simple. Had to renew for my group fitness certification. Online part gave ability to read/listen/watch so good for any kind of learner. Tyler did a good job in the live skills part of reviewing everything. I'd recommend! read more

Tyler is the best He makes it really easy to understand and remember. Makes me confident with my skills

This week I obtained my BLS ( Basic Life Support) class and it was so organized, fun and safe! The course instructions were taught by Tyler who is encouraging, positive and supportive through the entire class! The class was taught in a clever way and to experience it you have attend the class! Tyler himself is really welcoming which makes the class fun! The cost of the class during this pandemic is well worth your time and over all personal safety! Thank you so much Tyler and First Support CPR and First Aid for providing myself and many others with the tools to save lives correctly and with confidence.....your are all amazing! The class was amazing! Tyler was great at educating the class I attended. Some of us had different programs than others and we were all taught our own material at the same time! He was a super engaging teacher and easy to listen and learn from which made the whole process super easy. I'm now confident in my abilities to perform CPR and have Tyler to thank for it! read more

I had a great experience getting my BLS with Tyler. I will definitely come back to him to renew my BLS in 2 years as he was a good communicator, he had modern mannequins that provide feedback, and he was very proactive in his teachings. Just did my BLS recertification hands on class last night and once again Tyler Davis was awesome as an instructor. I like his style as he puts instructions in relatable vernacular. I am a healthcare worker, and this is my second time getting Recert with Tyler. Funny, professional and given the constraints with Covid- I still walk away with feeling well educated and informed with CPR. The online course is simple. Course changed slightly since I did it 2 years ago, but definitely for the better! Hands on course allows me to reinforce the skills I learned. This is a course everyone needs to take. read more

Tyler was very knowledgeable and professional. His way of teaching was very clear. My boyfriend and I enjoyed his class immensely. He made it fun and we even stayed a little bit after class to chat about our experiences in the field. Sign-up process was easy and straight forward. If you have any question, they respond quickly. Price range, affordable. The site/location was clean, covid precautions in place. Plenty of sanitizers, disinfectant, sink to wash hands. Highly recommend for BLS, Heartsaver Firstaid/CPR/AED. read more

The course was greatly demonstrated and the instructor is well verse with what he is teaching. Keep up the good work!

I have taken Tyler's hands-on cpr skills session for the past 3 rounds, and he is always great! He explains things well, gives positive and constructive feedback, and adds in some humor to lighten the mood! Highly recommend their classes! read more

First support CPR & First Aid training was so great. Tyler explained everything very clearly. I feel very confident to do CPR by myself from now on. I highly recommend taking this CPR class. Tyler is great at explaining and letting you know the reason behind everything that is done during the CPR process. read more

Tyler was super nice and professional. I would definitely recommend First Support CPR, if this is your renewal. We've all done this every 2 years for years. But, if you are new and it's your first time, it's definitely fast paced and should probably do the full in person class first. Will definitely come back in two years. read more

Tyler was very patient and informative when teaching us. Although the classes requires hands-on learning, there was hand sanitizer for us to use and he did his best to accommodate us given the pandemic. This was my second CPR AED training (I had to renew my card) and I feel as though I learned more this time around. I definitely recommend taking the hands-on portion here with Tyler! read more

Tyler was so helpful and a great instructor! He made me feel welcomed and I enjoyed my first ever BLS and First Aid class. I was a little confused through the process, and he was able to accommodate and help throughout it. Tyler is great at replying with any questions and concerns ASAP! I'll be back in two years! read more

Fantastic! Tyler is great! He is really knowledgeable and able to relate possible scenarios to your particular workplace. We went through the material at a quick pace but he made sure we knew the proper procedures. Highly recommend this class!!! read more

Called to take the CPR exam one day before the hands on class. I was instructed to do the online portion first, and by far this is the best online videos I have experienced. Videos online are well explained and they constantly have test questions in which i really like. The online videos, I suggest to take notes since it does take 4-5 hours to do. The hands on class was great. The instructor is nice and makes sure you understand everything. I am happy I choose this place. read more

I highly recommend this class. It is the second time that I go for the Pediatric CPR and First Aid class (I went two years ago as well). Tyler is very easygoing and charismatic. He clearly enjoys teaching CPR and ensures everyone is comfortable with their skills before leaving. Very effective! I will surely take it again in 2 years. read more

Great hands-on class on CPR. Tyler is a knowledgeable instructor with a good sense of humor. He demonstrates the steps in the process well and guides the participants as they go thru the testing process. The mannequin he brings has an indicator to show correct depth of compression which was very helpful. I would highly recommend Tyler Davis' class to anyone who wants to get their CPR license. read more

I went there last Friday for my CPR and first aid training. I cannot say enough good things for this place. They were so flexible with giving me an appointment and in communicating with me on a change of appointments. Their training was so detailed and well explained. I took my in-person training with Tyler. Super nice guy who was so patient, kind, and explained everything extremely well. Made it so easy for our whole group. They offer training that is approved by licensing as it is authentic and accepted by all healthcare and childcare providers. Will definitely recommend this place!! Ambrose. read more
