Kathleeen the manager and Tamra the dog groomer are the best. My wife died 4 years ago and left me 2 American Eskimo fur babies. My wife was dog mom for my dogs. Let me state my 2 dogs are not normal. But Kathleen and Tamra assured me everything would be okay. I have been going there for 4 years and they have been a Godsend. I am so happy I found them. Do not be afraid to bring your dogs here for they are the best. They do an excellent job grooming my 2 dogs. read more

This salon/daycare is a gem! So glad a friend recommended them. I'm particular about my cavalier and careful selection goes into everything involving her care. I had an amazing experience brining in Buddy ; a dog I help to care for.He is a Maltese/poodle mix who was desperately in need for a grooming . It had been about 6 months and his hair is like wool and severely matted . The owner didn't want him shaved and Katia listened to me and did a great job and took the extra care to leave Buddy with short hair but not shaved to the skin like other groomers did. I highly recommend them . read more

Anyway, tried out All Breed Grooming and they did a great job, i have a large purebred Samoyed and they are hand full for a groomer, its all brushing out after a good bath. I love this place, Kathleen and her team are amazing! I took in a foster German Shepherd afraid of water and nail clipping. If anyone has ever had a German Shepherd, they can get really smelly and they should be called German Shedders! Kathleen has amazing kindness right away and our girl went straight away with her. Kathleen even knew right away that my German Shepherd wouldn't remain a foster. I can't tell you how pleased I am with their service and calmness with multiple breeds! Take your fur baby here, you won't regret it! read more

I have been coming to see Kathleen with my various pets for over 30 years and couldn't be happier.

My meow meow is a very stubborn lady. She will allow me to cut ONE nail at a time, so for me it makes sense to have her nails cut professionally. I try to take Annabella in once a month. The care that this spoiled ass princess receives is phenomenal. The owner really took the time to explain care tips and booking me out for the future. Thank you so much for all your help!! read more

I haven't found a better groomer in the Concord area. I have been bringing my two dogs here for over 5 years. I have been to several groomers before All Breed Grooming and just wasn't satisfied with either the quality, time, or cost. I highly recommend this groomer. read more

These folks are wonderfully amazing. Very kind, and incredibly caring. You can tell they love dogs, and dogs most definitely love them. Five stars aren't enough. First, they answer their phone - if you've tried other groomers in the area, you know this is rare. They're professional and very nice, their location is clean and offers ample parking, and their team is just terrific. And the quality of their work - impeccable! Not only were our dogs happy and relaxed, they were fully dry, with soft, shiny coats and perfectly trimmed nails. I really can't recommend these folks highly enough. Thank you for your amazing care, very fair pricing, and the highest quality of work. read more

What a great experience. I was able to get a next day appointment for a full service treatment Upon arrival at 0815 I was greeted kindly with positivity. My dog was let into the greeting area and seemed very at ease. I did indicate my pup had issues with meeting new dogs and they accounted for that by placing kinder quieter dogs around her I think as notified Her appointment was complete and as I went to pick her up she seem to ignore me as she was having so much fun with her new friends I would highly recommend this business if your dog needs the care and attention that mine did read more

Kathleen and her staff are true professionals and treated our beloved cat with care and respect. This place is awesome!! I have a huge Newfoundland puppy that nobody wanted to groom. Luckily Jen was willing to groom my pup without hesitation. She got us in quickly and I felt completely comfortable leaving my dog with her. She ended up recognizing us from a veterinary office that she previously worked at, so it was really nice to see a trusting familiar face! The Grooming came out excellent, our Newfoundland is super clean and fluffy. We will absolutely be back for Grooming and daycare next!! I would 100% recommend using these people. Absolutely wonderful! We took our three pups in for a much-needed professional grooming. We've been taking them to Pet Express ourselves since since we moved too far from our previous groomer. Our pups (an older German Shepherd and two 50 pound mixed breed) were at ease with everyone who worked there and with the other pups hanging out inside on a rainy day. We were told it would take a little longer than normal since it was such a wet day and our large dogs needed time to dry before a proper grooming, they really know what they're doing! The owner also told us about an excellent product to help our German Shepherd with her arthritis pain. We bought it, and it has made a HUGE difference for our girl. Everyone was so kind and helpful. When we came back to get our pups...WOW!! They looked like different dogs! We thought we had been doing a decent job keeping them clean, but they looked like supermodels walking out of that place! All the shedding fur was gone, nails trimmed, coats perfectly brushed...and all three dogs looked happy, which was the most important thing for us. We were told we can bring our pups back in a few weeks to get their nails touched-up free of charge...and the pups were given yummy treats on their way out. Such a great feel at this place, everyone was kind, relaxed, professional...and most importantly, they were so good to our pups! I'm so happy we found such an awesome new groomer for our dogs :-) read more

I called yesterday and I was able to get a appt for my German Shepherd the next day. I was worried because we recently adopted our gsd and he has a lot of behavior issues. From the moment we walked in the staff was super friendly and nice. I picked up my dog a short time later and he looked amazing! I would highly recommend this place to everyone! read more

I had the best experience with grooming today. I woke up to my teacup Pomeranian's hair in knots. I put a harness on her for the first time and I think I left it on too long after our walk. It could've permanently damaged my dogs fur. I tried to brush it out myself but I was afraid I was going to make matters worse. I called in and the owner told me to come in ASAP. I felt they were there for me and made sure they had an opening I am a new owner of a Pomeranian and I have read that the fur can get permanently damaged easy. I expressed that to her while I was dropping off my dog and she reassured me she would call me before doing anything. She called me and even text message me with updates on how my dog was doing. I never leave my dog anywhere and for the first time I felt really safe with them. This is my dog's second experience at the groomers. Her first time (at a different shop) she came home really quiet and sad but after switching her to this grooming spot she came back happy and looked better than before! They helped me save my dogs fur last minute and made my dog really comfortable read more

We're back in the baby business with my 8-month old yorkie who got very nicely socialized to people at home, but somehow we missed the boat on doggy-to-doggy socialization. Hope offered to keep her for me and I was happy to accept. This dog is so very attached to me (and vice versa), we've hardly spent a day away from each other. The right medicine: go spend the day with Auntie Hope and your doggy peers. It had been a while, so I spent about half a day out there, and was as pleased as I had been in the past. The big dog yard contains some smaller dogs who think they're labradors. They chase tennis balls and each other all day. When it gets warm enough, there's a pool for the water-loving dogs and bobbing-for-toys for the less water-friendly types. Hope gives them treats and somehow manages to remember who needs what - you can bring your dogs' meals or specific treats they need if they have food issues (don't we all?) ... she's doing me a great service, and I am grateful. Kathleen has been my doggy guru for years and years, and it is her usual genius that invited Hope to establish the daycare on site. What a gift! If you have hairy beasts like mine, you can have them groomed before you pick them up. What's not to love?? read more
