Tonight I locked my keys in my vehicle, and need access for it tomorrow morning as well as tonight. So I called this business, which on google says they are open 24 hours. I was greeted by an incredibly impolite and insulting man. He asked my problem and when i described that I was locked out, basically told me that's my own fault as well as that he didn't understand why I called. Before I could explain or ask what i should do- he hung up on me. I would NOT recommend calling this business and I will never refer anyone to it. I ended up calling their competitor Holmland- and was greeted by the INCREDIBLY HELPFUL CHUCK. He was prompt and well priced as well as incredibly helpful and knowledgable. So to sum it up: NEVER USE ALADDIN. I filed a complaint on 49-2-304 after he used discriminatory speech about how he thought I was a certain race because I locked myself out of my car, as well as more things that I cannot repeat on good conscience. So.. wow (lots of misogynistic comments). This business is a health hazard to the public !!!!! I was in there over a year ago and noticed that the ceiling had a huge leak with rain water pouring down on the floor in front of the counter. I stopped to get a key made today and the roof is still leaking badly and th he ceiling is saturated with water. The air is filled with the smell of mold and mildew, and moisture is running down the walls, windows and glass doors. I told the man working there that breathing the air was dangerous to his health, but he said he didnt own the business and only worked there. It caused me to have an asthma attack immediately after I left the building. This building is a hazard to public health and needs to be repaired before opening its doors to human beings. I went here yesterday for the first time to have keys made,the man was extremly nice. I got home and the keys didnt work,or even fit my locks. I returned today to explain and was greeted by theee RUDEST,UNPROFESSIONAL older man. He told me those keys werent from there,they were,asked ME to show him where the previous employee got them! lol..umm l dont work there. He called me a liar..all this over 8$! Called Aladdin Lock on the 15th and paid them $150 deposit for my smart key for my Hyundai Elantra was then told I needed to call the dealership and get the code the dealership said no if you have the right equipment the code is there when you follow the steps and program it it is now the 22nd I still do not have a key I cannot get a phone call back from the Sun the older gentleman has no idea what's going on but keeps answering the phone and I just want my money back. read more

The Middle aged guy, (Son?) let me use the phone when my truck died a couple of years ago. Yesterday, went in to get locks re keyed, but found Old man there. HE'S A NUT! Started in about fake news, democrats, Trump Not getting paid, W.T. HELL?? AND THAT WAS AFTER he scolded me for not bringing in all the parts, NONE OF WHICH HE NEEDED to rekey. When calling for service, the 'gentleman' could not tell me if he had a blank key to make a very unique car key. This was the fifth place I called, so I did not want to waste time checking in this store unless he had a blank. He responded with frustration, asking me to "just bring it by" and they would check. This was actually a great experience for having locked my keys in my car. Drove 9 hours earlier in the day so finding my keys in my ignition in the middle of the night was not very awesome. Called up Alladin and they were there literally within 10 minutes and i was way on the other side of town. An older gentleman shows up and goes right to work. He was very nice and i really appriciated his attitude. After he was done we accidently locked ourselves out of the car again and he very understanding about that too and re-opened our car for free and assured us it happened all the time.
