Called all around Billings and he gave me the best price, missed calling again to set up my appointment. Ed was there the morning I showed and he Cut and Programmed a new key for me in 15 minutes. Called All Lock to come to my location to unlock my vehicle and make a key. They knew the make and model of my vehicle as I had relayed that to them. Stated they would be out in 30 to 40 minutes. They did arrive on time or as scheduled, However, They unlocked my vehicle but stated they could not make a key because it was a proximity key. Now having the information they had about my vehicle they would have known this prior to coming out. The service person charged me $75 to unlock my vehicle. HadI known they wouldn't be able to make a key I would have just called for my insurance to unlock my car. Not happy very sneaky business practices. read more

Called Ed and he was able to see us the same day for a duplicate key and fob programmed made. Was done in less than 5 mins. Seems to work perfect. If you're expecting a chatty Kathy from Ed, he is all business which I am ok with. He was professional and courteous. Highly recommend. read more

Ken from All Lock replaced new locks at the house on four doors and made key copies. Same day service and was excellent.

After having a new key made at Aladdin Lock in Billings for my 2002 Buick Regal my car broke down for the second time which led me to research the situation on the pc. In short the symptoms led to the anti-theft system and the possible issues with it. This is when I found out that the key had to be programmed, I then contacted All Lock in Billings and tried to explain to him what I had learned but he interrupted me and informed me that my car didn't use a programmable key. That really confused me and he was quite patient in making explanations. Later he suggested to my mechanic that I take the car to The Wiring Guy in the Heights as it was probably a broken wire or resistor. Following his advice I had my car towed there (2nd towing in less than a month). Continue to The Wiring Guy for the rest of the story. Taking it there was a fluke. The car broke down for a third time after The Wiring Guy and I began making calls to All Lock again. I wanted him to make a new key and program it, if for no other reason than to eliminate that as a possibility of why the car would not start. He became rude and arrogant and informed me that we have had this conversation before and I wasn't listening and if the security light on the dash bothered me put a piece of tape over it so I didn['t have to look at it. Well thanks a hell of a lot !!! Another locksmith I won't bother to go back to. read more

Top notch service and quality of craftsmanship! Ed Schiller was able to make a true copy of my Lexus' key in only 5 minutes! His shop was closed when I got there but I called him and he was there in less than 10 minutes. Use Ed Schiller if you possibly can. I had tried to have my key copied by another locksmith nearby and it was an unmitigated disaster. She butchered two blanks I had provided and had me very worried when she tried with significant force to twist the copies she had made in my car's locks, all the time complaining about the problems she had with another Lexus earlier in the month -- I thought something would surely break.. She did offer to reimburse me for the blanks she destroyed but I declined and was very, very happy to leave. read more

I took my pickup to All Lock to have the ignition and doors re-keyed (thieves broke in and stole a key and remote a few days earlier). They did great job - fast and neat - can't even tell they did anything. And yes - way less expensive than the dealership. I saved hundreds - literally! And I hope this glowing review doesn't sound contrived. I am not affiliated with them in any way or being compensated. Just a shoutout to a good shop. read more

Had a great experience with the service from All Lock. He arrived on time, was quick and professional and solved a problem left by another locksmith. The price was less than I expected to pay. He was well prepared and didn't have to make several trips to take care of my problem. All Lock came recommended by a friend who used them and I would use them again and highly recommend them. read more

Do not use these guys. They rip you off and demand payment for switching locks after your purse has been stolen and you have no keys. The smith that came out refused to accept payment by a check and KNEW my purse had been stolen THAT DAY, with all of my money, keys, personal information, etc. Instead of being a good person, he told me he would not leave me any keys to lock my home if I couldn't pay him - with what money I don't know - it was a Sunday so the bank's kind of closed. Victimized once by robbery and then again by locksmith blackmail. read more
