A few days ago, right after I moved my car out of my garage, one of the springs in the overhead door broke. I could no longer open the garage door. At my first opportunity, I contacted Alpha Overhead Door and was told that a repairman could be at my house the next day. The very next day, I received a call from a technician named Isaak. He arrived shortly thereafter and replaced both springs and tightened and adjusted the hardware on the door. When I told him that I was considering replacing the door but was concerned that I didn't have the necessary headroom, he took some measurements and assured me that I had enough headroom to install a new door. Not only did I get very prompt service, but the work performed by Isaak will insure that I will be purchasing a new garage door from Alpha Overhead Door next spring. read more

We had a great experience with this company. Not only was the work done well but they have some great employees that went above and beyond their professional level and showed thery are great human beings. Our grandson is autistic and happens to be obsessed with garage doors and remotes . These gentlemen were so good with him. Explained some of the operations to him and let him help manually open and close the doors while still getting the job done in a timely manner. Not only were they less expensive than the other quotes we got but their product was the best we could find from our research about garage doors. I will recommend this business to my friends. Our Garage Door Spring snapped in half, freezing weather was coming in and I couldn't get my garage door open. I called Alpha and they worked me in, they were totally swamped and they took care of us . I can' t thank them enough.
