Dr. Hanna is money first, patient last. If ever. Any concern…read moreI've ever brought to her, she has brushed off. Any referral I've asked for, she has told me I need to figure that out with my insurance, myself. She breaks everything possible into multiple visits so that billing happens as much as possible. For my last appointment, I had a urinalysis that she admitted she never reviewed, even though it was a severe issue that needed immediate care. I had to make a new appointment a week later to review those results because I still wasn't feeling well. When I told her it was unacceptable that she never reviewed my results, she said "it's Monday" and "you're not my only patient", I said it's been a week and that's a terrible way to treat a patient. She back tracked immediately and said she did review my results and never followed up because she didn't need to. She then began being very condescending to me and even told me she doesn't need to mother me or check back in (and denied telling me to call her if I needed a medication change, as my infection was a tricky one to treat). I again, told her this is very condescending as I was just following exactly what she told me to do. She actually hung up on me during this telehealth video call. She is truly the only PCP that was available when I moved here and it is clear why. The office itself is so gross and creepy. She's cared a lot more about my outfits I wore to my appointments, than my family's colorful cancer history! This was my final straw after her lack of care for 2 years, so this is probably a blessing in disguise for me!

She is incredibly knowledgeable, and her knowledge is quite wide in scope. Everyone at this practice is terrific, despite how insanely busy it is. Still, if Dr Kassabov left, I would follow her, even if it necessitated a very long drive. She is that terrific. It is more than apparent how much she cares about her patients, despite her very challenging schedule. It is more challenging now that she is literally working around the clock to get her huge roster of patients through the pandemic. I have had answers to my questions in the patient portal sent to me after midnight. Daniela Kassabov is a blessing to this practice and the community it serves. Thank you very much for all you do, Dr Kassabov. It is not unnoticed by your patients.

My daughter is a 18 yr old college student and fully insured. I will not subject her to low class treatment especially when we can pay all cost and copayments for quality healthcare providers.
