I always have a nice visit with Dr. David. The staff is very efficient and the office is always welcoming. You can tell they care.

I had five encounters with Dr. Fine, who is not "fine" at all. She was cool and distant, and in…read moreonly one encounter, she was kind and helpful. The last encounter was via phone, and she yelled at me and then hung up on me. She was abusing me because I didn't understand what she was trying to ask me. She told me in the first appointment that my use of oxycontin and oxycodone, duly prescribed by a pain specialist, was probably at the root of all my problems--although I have been using the pain meds (as directed) for only 5 or 6 years and have been in treatment for bipolar disorder and PTSD for over 25 years. Treating mentally ill patients in this manner, especially one who suffers from PTSD is not only harmful, but breaks her Hippocratic oath, which states, "first to do no harm." She did me great harm. And, on top of this treatment, she requires patients to wait outside (including in the blistering Florida summer heat of 105 degrees) until called. This included my husband, who has cancer, which she knew about. Her receptionist, Michele, is far more compassionate, showing more concern her patients than she does. Dr. Fine needs help. If you are mentally ill, do not see this doctor, even though you may need to drive hours out of your way. She should turn in her liscense and be reported to the AMA.
