Their performance throughout the entire process was utterly pathetic. They seemingly cannot read basic financial documents--specifically Shareworks statements. They saw and requested the exact same documents on over 10 separate occasions. Then, finally, on the 11th time, they actually decided to look at them and ask questions about the accounts and statements. This absolute incompetence caused a massive, last-minute pivot and wasted 2 entire months of my time just to get to that point. Combined with horrible communication along the way, it was an incredibly stressful and unprofessional experience. Save yourself the headache and take your business to a broker that actually values your time, communicates transparently, and knows how to review basic paperwork. Avoid them at all costs.

Jemma is not a bad person, I think she means well, but her lack of responsibility and accountability during the home buying process was horrendous. It started with her setting me up with Azaad from Zillow, Jemma stated that Azaad was awesome and that she's used her before. Azaad was so bad that I had to switch lenders due to major complications, one being she had set me up using a conventional loan instead of my VA home loan. That caused me to start the whole paperwork process over and complete the logistics once again, anybody who has purchased a home knows how stressful and tedious it can be. Then we close, Jemma's job is to get ALL the keys and items I need when giving the keys to the house, not only we're not all the keys left, but the home warranty wasn't paid. This lack of responsibility has caused severe burdens on me, and she now states it was out of her control. This is the 3rd home I bought, I've spoken to my past real estate agents and they agree that all the keys and process could've been resolved if Jemma would've done a better job.
