He showed up when he said he would. He kept me posted on the progress of each of the projects. And he did what he said he was going to do. I found his pricing to be reasonable and fair. There was no disclosure that you'd be contacted later to schedule an in-home consultation; only contacted should you win the contest. Needless to say, you're contacted by a call center Rep who proceeds to strong arm you to immediately schedule a home visit for an estimate. When told no, not now; the Rep resorted to bullying tactics and became argumentative, disrespectful and insulting. I informed them to take me off the list and terminated the conversation. Clearly, the Sweepstakes contest is simply a lure to get you hooked into contracting for a project before you're really ready to do so. And, now after reading the numerous negative reviews of other customers, I wouldn't contract with this firm even if I did win the $15K Sweepstakes.
