Came in for an oil change and was told we couldn't get one because we didn't have an appointment. He didn't even attempt to get us scheduled for one while we were face to face. We felt like we were an interruption or inconvenience for him to come in and request a simple service on our 2022 truck. I guess he expected us to leave and then call or make an appointment through the website. What has happened to decent customer service? Going forward, we will not buy a vehicle from this dealership due to the employee in their service department.
