I would like to underscore that the cleaners were lovely people who took pride in their work - well-deserved pride. Although the deep cleaning service isn't inexpensive, it's worth the cost. I plan on having Eco Living Solutions back for cleaning once or twice a year.

I arranged to have them deep clean two empty rooms. Initially, I was given a ridiculous quote so I…read morerequested them to review and change their quote and they did -surprisingly $250 less than the original quote. It was for two rooms one was carpeted and I had asked if they could just do a quick steam clean so taking off the steam clean the job would be $300 for a bathroom and a bedroom. They gave me an arrival window of about an hour. They arrived two hours after the end of that window. There was also a mixup of the address which was not the reason why they were late. The cleaner stayed for one hour and 15 minutes and left before the job was completed so we waited for three hours to have them come and leave within an hour. I spoke with a gentleman that manages the services. I explained to him my dissatisfaction. I was trying to be gracious. They asked if they could try again I said yes. They gave me a window of 1/2 hour for the next day. When they did not arrive within that window, we waited another 30 minutes. At that time I received a text message saying they would be there within 60 minutes. I asked them to please cancel the job and return my deposit. I received a call from the business telling me that they could not return my deposit so I spent $90 for one hour of cleaning and they didn't leave the rooms clean. I'm out $90 and two dirty rooms.
