I would give them more than 5 stars if it were possible! They did an excellent move-out deep clean. They have incredibly high standards and went above and beyond to make sure I would get back my full security deposit. I couldn't find a speck of dust in the whole apartment after they cleaned it. Their rates are very reasonable for the high quality service. In addition, while they were cleaning the apartment my car battery stalled. They went out of their way to help me jump start my car! By far the worst cleaning I've ever had. My home was already pretty clean before they came, they agreed to this when they came by for an estimate, yet they made my home feel dirtier after they left. Items were moved all over the house. The windows, base boards, and parts of the floor were not cleaned at all. I didn't think i needed to stay and watch them do their job but apparently that would have been smart. For $200 the cleaning was 1000% not worth it. They also showed up an hour late. I was Gonzales cleaning's first customer They often could not be reached or got the time mixed up, was late quite often. They were not paying attention and broke a very expensive plate that they knocked off my wall . Never did they offer to pay for it or seemed concerned Last visit they never cleaned my shower or the bathroom floor I had an appointment with them last week to clean my home and they never showed up We could have stayed out of town another day but instead , rushed home and they never showed up I was so unhappy They do not care about their customers and have absolutely no loyalty!! Daisy and her crew are incredible. My house has never been this spotless! The first deep clean they did blinds and window tracks as well. I don't think I've ever seen window tracks so clean. This is an incredible company! They were quick to respond for my request for a quote, they came to see my home to give me an accurate quote and see exactly what I wanted done. Homer, Daisy, and their crew are AMAZING! I started using their services with a deep clean now and again and now I get weekly cleaning. I am always impressed. I'm a bit picky but they always go above and beyond. No cleaning is perfect (you know your house better than anyone) but they are receptive to feedback and always have great follow-through. I have allergies and they use a hypoallergenic vacuum which I greatly appreciate!! My bathroom sink even got clogged once and Homer came right over, took it apart, and cleared the drain- WOW! We have used Gonzalez cleaning for several months. Their initial "deep" cleaning was amazing. Their routine bi-weekly cleaning leave a lot to be desired. Constant misses on what should be obvious details. Shower curtain mold, shower tile mold and overall dust. Even missed spots during vacuuming. There mop buckets leak and left stains on our immaculate carpet. The ladies are always late, sometimes very late even though we had the first appointment of the day. When they arrived they were so rushed to get to the next job that the quality suffered. When we cancelled Homer did not even ask why. Had to volunteer the feedback and when it was given he said ok and didn't seem to care. read more

Im sad to say that I will not be using Gonzalez cleaning in the future. I came home to a subpar cleaning job. Upon inspection, it appeared that the cleaners made no attempt to move things around to clean around or under them - ie. garbage cans, chairs/stools, rugs or even small counter top appliances. It was evident that the corners of the home were untouched where I found many "dust bunnies". Foot prints around the entrance of the home, and a broken window shade handle (that was just left on a nearby chair) were the final factors for me feeling I needed to write this review. They did an AMAZING job on a new move-in for me. Really, I couldn't have been more pleased. They went above and beyond in ripping up contact paper on my cabinets that must have been there since the 70s! Yikes! The one thing I enjoyed most, was how personable Homer is, it's hard cleaning homes day in and out and having people trust you. Homer is professional, but also a real person, trying to make a living for him and his family in a honest way. Crews from Gonzalez Cleaning serviced my home on three occasions. The first time they were supposed to clean my house they were very late so we rescheduled. They did a good job when they showed up on time a few weeks later, but after that someone on the crew always forget to take care something or just did a poor job. One of the workers was wearing tons of foundation on her face and got it on my white shower curtain. Today they were supposed to be here to take care of that but were running over an hour late so I let them know I did not need their services anymore. read more

Daysi and her team do a great job at our home. And trust me when I say, they have their work cut out for them between our long haired dog and three young boys! She also cleans my husband's office, and my grandmother's home. She's respectful of our time, always shows up on time and ready to work, and does a better job than I expect. Homer and his crew came for a look over and quote. At this time he really sold his business and what service they provide. They came and did the first initial clean. ( things broken, screens broke) he took it well when I confronted the situation. Nothing to this day has been replaced and we are a good and we are 6 months in. The initial cleaning besides the damaged items was phenomenal. I was impressed. I really thought i had found a cleaning company that wants to come in and do the work. We agreed on a weekly rate that would be 2-3 girls for 2-2.5 hours. We agreed the bathrooms floors would be steamed ever other week. As each week went on this was not happening. I would have to request it. As time kept going on we have not had the service that Homer and his company set a standard for. We are disappointed that we have had a confirmation of cleaning for the last two Saturdays and no one shows up nor will they answer text to be honest. So we waste our Saturday mornings waiting. Communication is key for me..... I am willing to work through the tough times as this is what makes a business good in my opinion. When you run from the critism or critique then you dont want to get better. I have requested that he be honest with me. I also have requested that my 90 dollar curling iron be replaced. He has yet to offer the cash or to buy the correct replacement. Over all this company has the potential to be a very good business. If Homer would communicate, fix the issues when they come up and move forward. I would not recommend them long term as they dont know how to balance business and communicate to customers.
