We were favorably impressed with Thomas right from the start when he offered a couple of excellent suggestions on humidifier installation options during his first visit. During the installation we were impressed with how meticulous Thomas was installing and testing the humidifier. US Forced Air's slogan, "You'll be comfortable with us", is true! Then I received a bill for almost $500. There is no indication on their website nor verbally was I told of their charging for an inspection. I thought ithe charge was egregious.
