Security camera footage showed the plumber was there for half of the 6 hours charged. Also, he ran the pipes directly behind the door inside of the closet, blocking off entrance to the closet! I had to make a second appointment to get the plumbing moved to the sides of the closet for which I was also charged! After arguing on the phone they recalculated the bill, but added "miscellaneous" fees, a 300% markup on common plumbing connectors, and sales tax to the second bill. I called again and spoke to Bridgitt, who started the conversation with, "I'm looking forward to you paying your bill today." Not worth the headache.

Once we got the invoice, we checked the cost of parts, estimated a reasonable hourly tech charge and came up with a cost of 1,100 instead of the 3,100 charged. Attempts to negotiate were unsucessful.
