Everything started out fine with the service but after the first year our lawn was actually looking worse than before. Multiple emails and call to the company went unanswered until finally someone in the office reviewed some of the pictures I sent and offered their advice based on the pictures. They also for a full year neglected my fescue in the backyard and it has since all died and been replaced with moss. The Bermuda in the front has fair well but is always riddled with weeds they they "take care of" on various trips but I found myself pulling and testing them myself. We stuck with them for two years and no I'm off the service completely. It seems once I put in my notice to cancel they started doing only the minimum effort. They did the last treatment in March and I now have more weeds then I think I ever did since starting the service. I asked over and over to have someone consult with me on the condition of the yard. All I wanted was to get clarity on needs of the lawn and understand what I needed if anything to do.

In addition, there was plenty of landscaping that was involved to complete the job. Sod, several various plantings, mulch, and pine straw were laid down to add the final touch. The creek bed was 72 feet long that required three downspouts to be piped underground running into the creek bed. I trust the photos I enclose will help you see what I just said. The four foot diameter fire pit was enclosed with a sixteen foot sitting area. Again, I trust the photos will make this meaningful to any reader. In conclusion, the price was very fair, the crew who worked here were outstanding and enthusiastic. They would park outside our house usually by 7:15 am just waiting for the clock to say 7:30. (I believe by county law they can't start earlier than 7:30.) At that time they would descend onto our property and would not stop until lunchtime. Much the same diligence after the lunch hour. We enjoyed their company for those three days...they were like family to us. Needless to say, we are VERY SATISFIED customers. I kid you not...we were looking forward to tendering the final payment due because we knew our money was well spent.

Since we have pets, TLC also reaches out prior to treatments so we can be sure our pets are not outside. Bill is the BEST! The canopies were very low, lots of broken and dead limbs, and we had a few trees that were so overgrown that they were against the house and roof. The initial walkthrough was with Chase Hartman, a Certified Arborist. We looked at every tree on my property and discussed what could be done to it to raise the canopy, thin it out, check for damage and disease, and make sure it's healthy and will continue to flourish. At the end of the walk, they were going to limb up and thin out six huge trees in my front yard, take down a pine and oak that had grown together and were way too close to my home, take down six dead Leyland Cyprus and two huge pine trees that if they fell, would crush my home. A week later, the crew arrived with two trucks, a bobcat loader, a chipper, and eight very experienced crew. They sized up the access to the property, spoke with my neighbors to ask to use their driveways to get to my backyard, and went to work. It was incredible to watch professionals practice their craft! They systematically worked on the two large pines in the backyard by climbing the tree and cutting limbs as they went up. Piling up the limbs to be pulled away by the bobcat to the chipped. Within two hours, both large pines were gone, and work started on the cypress, which they made quick work of. They arrived at eight AM and left at one-thirty PM. Professional from start to finish. They protected my yard, my neighbors' yards, and systematically, cleanly dropped ten trees and cleaned/limbed up six trees. From the first walkthrough to the final stump grinding a week after the tree work, excellent communications, great service, extremely professional and friendly. They were priced competitively, took care of the permitting, and got the work done in a timely manner. Beyond that, they cleaned up after themselves and had our property looking immaculate afterwards. The crew cleaned up after the work was completed so that there was no dust or wood chips on our roof (and our neighbor's roof since they had to access the neighbor's property to fully take down the tree). Anyone visiting us the next day would've never known that we just had a giant tree cut down. There was some oil spillage on our paved alley/driveway from a chainsaw that broke while cutting down the tree, and Northside provided us with a free power wash to take care of the problem. Northside does excellent work and I recommend them if you need a tree taken down.

He had the same experience I had trying to find the correct combination to make His lawn look perfect. Found out He had been using Chem Pro Lawn Care. He gave me Brian's number and I gave Him a call. Not a good way to conduct business! In all the years we were dealing with him, not one time had we not paid. If there was a problem, it was with him not monitoring his mail.
