This service sucks and so there drivers. I was transported by ambulance to a doctor's appointment. The doctor ordered lab work and pre op blood work. The drivers stated that they could not wait and hour for the additional tests to be done. They literally left me stranded with no consideration. They put me in a wheelchair (which I'm not supposed to be in) and left me. They could care less about their clients. read more

On Friday, Nov. 11th, at 9 p.m., observed one of their drivers speeding in the rain, driving faster than the flow of traffic, weaving between lanes, without using a turn signal. (Westbound on Van Buren Blvd in Riverside, CA) Immediately called their 800 number and reported this dangerous driving to their dispatcher, who commented "maybe they were headed to a pickup." read more

The drivers are aggressive, and the vans appear poorly maintained. I wouldn't trust a medical transportation company that neglects its vehicles to the point where they emit large black clouds from the exhaust. If they can't take care of their cars, I worry about how they care for their passengers. read more

Not a happy patient today. Had back to back appointments and was taken in early and I called for an earlier pick up and I was told the driver would pick me up at 2:15 and didn't show up until after 3 pm during that time I called in asking where the driver was and still no driver. Finally when the driver by the way who was very unprofessional and hasn't learned the patient is always right!!! She never apologized for her mix up. She took a patient who had a different name and I'm sure she never asked his last name meanwhile another company was waiting g for their patient which was the one she took. I was and am very upset of the unprofessional behavior or the driver not admitting mistake and not once did she bother to apologize to my husband or me. I will be also placing a grievance into Kaiser as well. So not happy with service by her. I have to select a star it would be zero. Since this afternoon I was able to speak with both the dispatch representative and the manager Charles Flores and he was very professional and understanding towards my issue today and he apologized to both my husband and myself. See a simple apology for the mishap goes a long way and to be compassionate and empathetic towards what a patient and their loved one is feeling due to the delay in service help us both to feel so much better. Their driver mad me feel as though she couldn't have cared less how we felt and too bad. I will add I do like All Town transportation as a whole and it's just unfortunate of what transpired and how it was or wasn't handled in the proper way in the very beginning. I will continue to ask for their services in the future as I like their driver Josh who is always professional and kind. I must add that Josh who was our pick up and drop off even went a step further to make sure we got picked up and he was willing to come and pick us up. He is a good guy so all praises to Josh and his manager Charles and the dispatcher to whom I don't remember his name. Thank you for smoothing out everything. Do not book this service after surgery. I had just gone through an intensive surgery and counted on them to get me home safely. Instead, it was the worst experience I've ever had. It took them 30 minutes just to find the hospital pick up area. When they finally arrived, the two men who showed up weren't qualified to help me. They told me I couldn't use the gurney and had to sit in the little side seats that are actually meant for companions. The seats were stuck over the wheel well in the back of a cargo van, and the ride was so rough it felt like being tossed around. On top of that, the driver was speeding down the freeway at 80 miles per hour, driving with zero care for the fact I was fresh out of surgery. I finally had him pull over so I could sit in the front passenger seat, which was better, but by then the damage was done. This company put me in an unsafe, painful situation when I was at my most vulnerable. Absolutely unacceptable. read more

Unfortunately I had roll call for my return ride because I had to get lab tests and had an appointment with my orthopedic dr and didn't know how long it would take. I was in a wheel chair with a leg brace for a broken knee cap. My appt ended at 12 noon and I was rolled out to wait in the reception area of the building. When I called All Town for a ride home, I was told I would have to wait 2 hrs for a ride with no solution. An hour and 1/2 hr later , I got another transport from a different agency. read more

Whoever drives vehicle #203 needs to be fired. I witnessed this driver driving at dangerous speeds both on the 5 northbound freeway and 710 northbound freeway. Driver was exceeding well over 80 MPH, cutting off multiple vehicles, driving solo in the carpool lane and crossing into the carpool multiple times illegally. He never signaled when changing lanes and when traffic finally slowed, I witnessed him texting while driving. This guy violated MULTIPLE driving violations while operating a company vehicle. This company should be ashamed for hiring someone who drives so recklessly. read more

How can you be responsible for taking patients from their homes to the hospital and not show up on time to take them back to their homes after? Unfortunately, this was my recent experience with this company. Kaiser transportation outsources to companies like this for pick-up. I've used All Town Transport a few times before, and they were fine, but the last time, they completely forgot to pick my father up after his appointment. He ended up waiting two hours at the cul de sac of the Woodland Hills Kaiser before he finally got picked up. We kept calling in hopes that we would get an answer on their so-called "24-hour" toll-free line, but to no avail. Please get it together, All Town. read more

My first time using wheelchair transportation service. My husband was in a motorcycle accident and had to go to doctors appointments via wheelchair. We have steps from curb to our front door. We had two round trips to doctors appointments and back so far. We've been very very lucky to have two exceptional drivers. Called for my elder, wheelchair bound father to get a pick up after his doctor appointment and was told it would be ten minutes. Called them three times after that in the course of waiting over an hour. Kept being told 10 minutes by Rebecca. The tone of her voice, on all three calls, was that of I really don't care. The final call, after an hour, was that it would still be 30 minutes more. An hour and a half to wait for a ride that was supposed to be there in ten minutes! They really do not care about the customers. These are people that are in situations they cannot help and they are just being left to suffer as they wait for help. My father was waiting in the heat for over an hour for a pick up that never came. This company makes money off of the insurance companies that take care of the elderly, sick, and poor. Medical and Medicare should pull their funding from this company and give it to one that actually does their job. Worst service ever. I will not be using them ever again and if I were you, I wouldn't either. read more

Once they got to the location, the employee said they could not provide the service, they called the dispatch to tell them that and tleft. The dispatcher then told me that they would refund all but $100, although they are the ones who refused to provide the service promised. I was absolutely shocked and disgusted!!! My father was left waiting at the hospital for 4 hours, due to the poor communication amongst their staff. On Thursday, February 1, 2017, I had an appointment with Neurologist regarding headaches sustained from a recent automobile accident. During my visit, he noticed substantial swelling around my knee of which he requested an ultra-sound procedure to be done. After a two-hour wait for the procedure, the delay adversely affected my transportation back home. Another two-hour wait ensued before my transportation arrived, however Manuel and Anthony made the wait worthwhile. Their professionalism and kindness was top-notched. They accompanied me to the pharmacy to pick up my prescriptions and during the wait they even went to the Deli across the corridor to pick me up something to eat. Their masterful handling of their equipment to get me to my second floor apartment (in a building that has no elevator) underlines their skills set. I have been everything from a Gurney patient to wheelchair to walking on my own. This place was a life saver for me at first. They drivers were in some cases not what I would call friendly or helpful especially during the rainy season when I arrived for a 4 hour dialysis treatment in a gurney soaking wet and freezing cold because the company does not provide drivers with covers to keep water off patients. The vans also were broken making someone with difficulty standing sit in a chair that collapses when you try to use it to stand up is no fun at all. The drivers had to also in some cases supply all medical kits in case of a bleed and cleaning supplies from their own homes. Armando and Camilla were the only reason I kept using this service as long as I did. The dispatchers were inept blamed drivers constantly for their screwups and in particular the bosses son seriously had an attitude problem that ultimately led to my abrupt cancellation. This was compounded upon requests being ignored for good drivers who spoke at all and didn't drive like maniacs. Constantly late leaving me exhausted after long treatments waiting up to and over an hour many times. I was left feeling like a burden because the path to my home isn't the most accessible in a wheelchair or gurney and had to wait sometimes an hour for new drivers to assist because of pure laziness. This cut my treatment times and affected my health which is unacceptable. I needed help not another headache. They get two stars only because the world of medical transport is totally ridiculous as far as charges and scheduling and they were competitive with service some of the time. I only wish I could have cancelled them directly instead of through my provider because I would have held court on Hye or Mike or whatever his name is that his attitude with me was the reason I stopped and I hope he never has to be in a situation where he needed help like I did but he could stand to learn a thing or two about caring for people and applying that to his service oriented goals. The sad thing is I would probably use them again if needed because the other companies out there are even worse. This is a great business opportunity for anyone with a little care for people and some start up money and organizational skills because the market is desperate for better. read more

As someone new in the experience of needing wheelchair support, I was apprehensive to know what to expect. I have had 2 appointments with the company and hope to have more before my mandated transfer to a competitor. My driver and van supervisor was a young , vivacious , very positive gentleman that placed direction and special care directives for his apprentice partner. I felt very safe and assured that I would be taken care of. Colton possessed a "Can Do " attitude that I rarely see in the medical industry , and for me having experience in High Profile Customer Service ( service agent w/ Virgin Air) , my Barr is set very high, especially when it comes to safety and on- time performance. The finish to the first ride was the highlight as they carried me up two flights of stairs in my wheelchair My 2nd trip was intervened by Colton , his apprentice and Hike. They shown early to see if they would escort me down to the van. Their pleasant and fun demeanor made it a pleasure to be served by them. My ending point was by my mistake, I had left my cell phone and medical materials at the hospital and had no way to recover the item. Colton was contacted later in the day and he served to personally deliver the items on his own time and graciously left with a " have a wonderful good night " I have already reported to Kasier about this service and hope that their competitors take notice of their excellent attention and care. read more
