We had to get approval from the HOA to have this done. DC provided all the documentation we needed, including pictures, and a link for the HOA to ask questions. We asked for a Fri/Sat for the project and they accommodated us. However, the work was pretty much completed on Friday. However, the next day it snowed and the temp dropped below freezing. The DC crew came out and placed warming blankets on top of the driveway. Then they picked them up and placed stakes and caution tape around the driveway to keep people and cars off of it. I was worried about the freezing and snow we had gotten, but Lee assured us that if the driveway should be compromised in any way, he would take care of it. The blankets they put on it left marks, but after a couple of weeks, the crew came out to "finish" the driveway, smoothing out those marks. We were able to walk on the driveway after a week or so, I believe. And now we are parking on it. It did take all of 4 weeks to get to that point, but the driveway looks great, we are no longer worried that someone will trip over the crack, and I'm sure this will help the value of our home. Lee and his crew are great to work with and alleviated all our concerns. As to the cost, we have no idea what cement work costs so we are not able to give an opinion on that matter. We wanted someone who knows what they're doing and are easy to work with, and we found them.

I was very nervous, because I was told that doors are very difficult to fix, and I learned this, by creating a project on Yelp, then interacting with multiple carpenters. I was beginning to get nervous, because I obviously couldn't leave my house or sleep with a broken front door! Luckily, I found Yury! Yury responded to my Yelp project, had 5 stars!, provided me with an estimate, communicated with me promptly via text - to schedule, arrived promptly on time, was friendly, and - even though it took him longer than his original estimate to fix, and I offered to compensate him accordingly - he refused my higher price! Very ethical, dependable, and he performed quality / reliable work. I trust Yury, and will definitely love to hire him again, and refer / recommend him! :-)

I feel slightly bad writing this review because Dan is a nice dude and he knows his stuff on…read moreplants, but I do feel the need to warn others. When he fertilized my lawn, instead of applying fertilizer only to the grass, he drove the fertilizer spreader all over my new concrete walkways, leaving dozens of ugly rust stains everywhere. I have spent hundreds of dollars on power washing and other attempts to resolve it and such attempts have made the problem worse, so I now have rust + discoloration all over my walkways, which is a major eyesore. It will cost me many thousands of dollars to fix this problem that Dan caused, since I will need to rip out and reinstall 3 new concrete pathways and a giant patio. Dan's response was extremely disappointing, he did not take responsibility and there was 0 concern or effort to fix the problem. I would caution against using Dan if you want someone who is thoughtful and careful on your property. I hope this review will ensure this doesn't happen to anyone else.

He had me turn on the zone and he walked the path of the sprinkler and found the real problem. A tree root had crushed the sprinkler line. He is like the sprinkler whisperer. Came back the next day and fixed both problem areas. Tamped the soil and replaced the sod. Can't even tell where he dug up the sod. Price was exactly as quoted. I noticed there's a one star review someone recently put down here on Yelp. Obviously this is from a person that didn't use the service.
