I paid the full fare and he denied it. I apologized again and left it in his tip jar for two tasting and a glass. This winery has been around since the 80's. The tasting room was a bit cluttered and a nice tasting bar but staff not the wine held our attention. Maybe there's reason why wine has improved since the Dawn of time.

There's a living room area with fireplace, a dining room, a front porch with a cafe table & chairs, and big front lawn with Adirondack chairs in pairs & quads. Truly a choose your own pleasure! We couldn't pass up the perfect late spring afternoon, so I sunk into a deep Adirondack chair and enjoyed my wine tasting al fresco. The neon sign in the front window is the cutest, and just added to the overall vibe. Chuck was so hospitable, and brought me each pour from his post behind the bar inside. He gave insight into each wine, and then disappeared so I could enjoy at my own pace. MFC is very dog friendly, inside too, but I can't think of anywhere I've been in recent memory that was more perfect than wine tasting here on the front lawn with my pup in my lap.
