I have been going to this nail salon for 4 years now. I have always liked it! However, after my…read morelast visit on Monday, I will NEVER be going back. I was getting a fill when all of a sudden this one older lady comes up to me with a broom in her hand and this nasty look on her face. I thought she was going to use the broom to start cleaning, however she takes the broom and hits me in the head with it!!!! I was SHOCKED and confused. They all started yelling at her and apologizing to me. Luckily it didn't hurt, but I was very taken back by this. And she never once apologized to me. It made me angry and uncomfortable because she just sat back down as if nothing had happened and she didn't just assault me with a broom. The younger girl who answers the phones came over to make sure I was okay and gave me my nails for free and she was extra kind, but I think something else needs to be done. This lady should be fired.

These are supposed to last 4 weeks, not 23 hours! This beyond frustrating! I shouldn't have to fight for quality nails!

I've had terrible experiences with painful facials, redness and breaking out after threading and getting burnt by waxing. She was extremely accommodating and allowed me to be very specific about how i wanted things, greatly easing my anxiety. With no weird red bumps from threading after my first experience I was hooked and knew I found a trustworthy woman that i needed to hang onto closely!
