Both the AirPods and external speaker worked perfectly with my iPhone. I brought my xbox series X over to mason for a simple HDMI port replacement due to corrosion. He…read moreended up having my xbox for over a month along with extremely poor communication. I was getting worried due to the poor communication so i asked for it back. This xbox had NO other issues other than the HDMI port. When i asked for it back he stated that it was having other issues such as overheating which i found odd because it never had that problem before. When i arrived to pick it up he informed me that if i gave him more time he would have been able to fix it but i found a months worth of time was PLENTY of time. I brought it home plugged it in and there was no picture. The HDMI port didn't work but WAS replaced. I called up another place called Luxe Tech repairs and brought it in. They opened it up immediately after me bringing it in a provided me with some very shocking photos of what the inside of my xbox looked like which i will provide below. He said there was automotive grease on it and solder flux instead of thermal paste which was causing it to over heat. 1 hour later this company had my xbox working and ready to go which i will also provide pictures below on how beautifully Luxe Tech fixed my xbox in just 1 hour. i will never be bringing my business back to repairland.

Finally get seen, give my phone number and explain the issue (SD card read broke in SD card slot of a 2021 macbook pro. You'd think this be either a simple precision tweezer job OR bottom unscrew cover to pop out the broken sd card tray... Nope...front desk guy take the laptop in back from 10 minutes, I hear him correctly explaining the situation to the tech in back. When he comes back out he explains it's a complex issue that requires many parts removed....ummm ok... I ask him the cost....Well $400 but if I pay for their cancel any time $59 per month service plan it will only be $250 (or $309)..... For an SD card reader plastic to be removed....insane. I'll go buy precision tweezers or macbook pro bits and do the removal myself. I came in here expecting to drop $50-$100 at most but shocked to hear 4x that.

Turns out this was 100% false and Asurion repeatedly denied my claim citing "pre-existing condition". I did exactly what I was told and this scam program stuck it to me. Stuck on a merry-go-round for several months and no working laptop, I ended up canceling the plan and demanding a refund for the months they had charged me while giving me the run around! Zero stars.

Things to consider: 1. While locally convenient, it took 4…read moremonths to fix my tape deck. Unfortunately had to return it 3 days after I got it. 2. Had to wait another 2 months for the 'Warranty' repair to be completed. After 3 months, I had to call several times for a status/update, always with the same response: 'Waiting on the part'. Within 2 weeks after the 3 months, finally got a call it was ready. 3. Went to pick it up, and was told I owed $30.00, for parts. Asked why since it was returned within the warranty period, now get this, "it was out of Warranty"...ya see how this works now! 4. Sooo...after taking my tape deck home, after the 'Warranty' repair, discovered the tape deck was severely scratched across the surface face. 5. Finally. After 2 days of playing tapes, tape deck didn't work, again, severely dragging. I reported the issue and asked for them to fix, guess what, it was "Out of Warranty". Stated if I wanted it fixed, they will charge me again! In conclusion, you might be better off going to a more reliable & responsible vintage stereo service.
