The employee who enrolled me gave me a price of approx. $44 per month. I provided my payment information, which I understood would be used for automatic payments each month. Well.. the payment wasn't automatic and I received a letter advising me of the late fee (Jan.) and instructing me to call to make payment. The letter showed a total of less than $100 due. When I called their customer service they advised me the fee was $320. When I questioned this they began to tell me it was the late monthly rate, insurance fee, and late fee. Well I was unaware of their insurance fee and the rep. who enrolled me never mentioned it. Also the first rep that assisted me advised me the notes from my initial call to enroll were not very good. I would not use this location

Spring 2026. I rented from this location for 18 years, always paying on time and never made any…read morecomplaints. Rents increased every six months or so. New units were renting for about 55% of what I was paying so asked multiple times to negotiate on my rate. They refused but said I could move to another unit on their property to get the new rate. Shows there is no consideration for loyal, responsible customers much less common sense. So now they get to have a vacancy instead of a consistent paying customer.

Constant problems with roof leaks, and manager is very uncooperative. Decent parking out front, albeit the parking lot is often in disrepair. Managers office reaks of cigarette smoke, and says that they can't get the "owner" to do anything. Plus side: good traffic area, near major intersection, so its easy to find. But they ARE cheap, so there's that. You get what you pay for.

ONLY after my unit was broken into, was I was told that this same unit had been broken into in the past. Then less than a month later my unit was broken into AGAIN.. What wasn't taken the first time, was cleaned out the second time. There are cameras but apparently they don't work, the police were told there was only a camera on the gate. So all the cameras on back of the property that would have caught images of the jerks that stole my stuff don't work. How convenient. Thousands of dollars in tools stolen and a grinder used to cut off my locks and not even the manager that lives on site heard or saw anything. Beware renting unit 231 / 232 at this place, cuz the manager sure won't tell you the history until it's too late.
