Terrible, please do not store your belongings here, they are rodent infested bad. Very poor management skills. The monthly payment comes with insurance you cannot use. I filed a claim because my stuff has rodent droppings and urine all over my clothes, shoes etc. They told me different stories as to why I couldn't file an insurance claim. I have been complaining for months and nothing. I'm out from there, so please take this post into consideration. read more

This storage facility is newly owned and the new owner(s) have made this facility so convenient and easy to use! I'm in and out when whenever I need to be. The online software is totally user friendly and easy to use! It's totally modern and state of the art! It's super secure so you don't have to worry about leaving your belongings at this facility! 10/10 recommend this storage facility!! read more

I was in outside sales for over 20 years, and I transitioned to becoming a business owner, for the first time, in 2020. I acquired my 1st self storage facility in October 2025 and my 2nd facility in January 2026. One of the reasons I chose the self storage industry was because I thought my diverse business background translated well. I'm able to personally make a positive impact on my 2 facilities through marketing, sales, customer relations, management, and employee relations, to name a few.

I am not happy with the service at this location. The first issue was that you could only access…read morethe facility during office hours because the gate terminal didn't work. Then when I went to inform them that I was moving out, the office had closed early. I called the next day and they said it was ok. I was then sent a move out receipt that showed they had charged me for an additional full month of rent. Would not recommend this facility to anyone.

ONLY after my unit was broken into, was I was told that this same unit had been broken into in the past. Then less than a month later my unit was broken into AGAIN.. What wasn't taken the first time, was cleaned out the second time. There are cameras but apparently they don't work, the police were told there was only a camera on the gate. So all the cameras on back of the property that would have caught images of the jerks that stole my stuff don't work. How convenient. Thousands of dollars in tools stolen and a grinder used to cut off my locks and not even the manager that lives on site heard or saw anything. Beware renting unit 231 / 232 at this place, cuz the manager sure won't tell you the history until it's too late.

I had a chest of drawers in the back of my SUV that I needed moved to an upstairs apartment. This…read morecompany said they were working on a job not far from me and would be over as soon as able. When they arrived, I decided to video them using their nifty lifting straps because we are considering buying them for future moves. They did an excellent job getting this piece upstairs (:39 seconds) and in place with no damage, from the car to its new place in 5 minutes, really 5 minutes. How wonderful! Then I asked how much I owed. I should have asked this first. They charged me $100. I understand that I am paying for their ability to get my furniture upstairs unharmed, equipment, their expertise, their insurance, and all the things that go into being a professional company, but at $100 for 5 minutes, they are making $1200 an hour. I guess if you have a whole house full of stuff, you better be ready to pay in the thousands. Be smart and ask ahead. They did a good job, but I can't afford them. I'll be calling someone else next time.

They moved everything I told them about and then even volunteered to move the extra boxes I had packed that I planned on moving myself. They wrapped all the furniture and were done with the apartment in about 30 minutes. We went straight to the house I moved into and they unloaded and was completely done in less than 30 minutes. They quoted me for 4 hours but I ended up only paying for 3 hours because they were so sufficient and quick. Very nice gentlemen and I will definitely call them if I need them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for movers. They were both awesome and very polite.

The move was on the second floor and the stairs did not slow them down at all. Once everything* was in place they put the beds, table together and my clients were happy. Paladin is trustworthy and a hard working small business owner, do not hesitate to hire him.
