So far they've been great for us. The most recent example was today. I had spent the entire morning trying to get our sump pump to work, and had tried everything to thaw the pipes. I had come to the conclusion that maybe it was the pump itself that was having issues, so I decided to give them a call. The person I spoke with was very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional, and had someone sent out same day to take a look. I believe his name was John and he was excellent. Super friendly and knew his stuff for sure. In the end it did turn out to simply be frozen pipes, but John took care of it, and not to mention had to work outside on the coldest day we've had in a long time.
